Family Friendly Close to Dollar Mountain

Condominium Features: This two story two-bedroom plus loft condominium was completely remodeled in 2007. The property features hardwood floors, new carpet, stone tile, stone and granite countertops, Whirlpool stainless appliances, wireless internet and a 55' flat panel Smart TV system for your enjoyment. The Indian Springs Condominiums are located in the heart of Elkhorn directly across from the Village Center. This unit comes with full access to the Elkhorn amenities.

On the entry level you'll find the living, dining and kitchen area with vaulted ceiling open to the loft above. There is a small deck off the living room that overlooks a stream that goes into a small pond. There is a gas fireplace, 55' flat Smart TV system in the living area, dining area that seats 4 with additional seating at the breakfast bar for 2. The kitchen comes fully equipped with stainless appliances including a built-in microwave above the flat top electric stove. The Master bedroom is also located on this level and has a Queen bed, flat panel TV/DVD with the bath located just off the Master with an oversize stone tiled shower with sliding glass door.

Upstairs is the second bedroom with Queen bed, TV and hall access bath with a deep soaker tub and stone tiled floors and countertops. Down the hallway you'll find the loft area that has twin beds and the hall closet has a stackable washer and dryer.

This unit comfortably sleeps 6 and offers spacious accommodations with great light in the living area. Condo has approximately 1200 square feet and complex offers free outdoor parking. You can access the bike path which runs thru the Village area and will get you to the bigger path that runs north and south of Ketchum along the Big Wood River with great scenery to take in as you ride or walk. The Village path will get you over to Sun Valley Village too for shopping and dining. All linens and towels are provided for you and we supply soap for the bath and kitchen as well and each bathroom has a hair dryer.

This condominium is located in the heart of Elkhorn Village within walking distance to the free shuttle. The Indian Springs is also within walking distance from the grocery store and post office. During the summer months, golf, swimming pools, hot tubs and tennis courts are available at both the Elkhorn Village and Harker Center. The free shuttle picks up just a block away, which will transport you to ski lifts on Dollar Mountain, Bald Mountain, down town Ketchum, Sun Valley resort and Elkhorn resort. Sun Valley has added a new gondola on the River Run side of Bald Mountain.

Great Spot for a Family Ski Trip

The condo location is good for skiing Dollar Mountain. There was a strong smell of natural gas or butane just outside the front door. The included access to the community center was closed for repairs. Instead of walking a few minutes to use a hot tub, we needed to drive 5 miles away.

This was a very nice place to stay while skiing on Bald Mountain. It is a short drive to the mountain about 10 min. The kitchen was well stocked. It was very clean. There was plenty of room for the 3 of us that stayed there. I will stay here again if I ever have the opportunity.

This was a perfect spot for our family. The loft set up gave everyone their own space. Arrived very late to find a light on and the gas fireplace warming the unit on a cold night. The kitchen was well equipped with the pans and utensils we needed to make a big family dinner. The owner made sure we had access to the nearest amenities. The 2 level condo was the perfect set up for our family of 6. It felt open and had sunshine. Fans and baskets were appreciated. This condo seemed to have everything we needed,Z Parking was easy in the summer. The pool and hot tub close early, 7pm and the pickleball hours are short. We went to play at 3:50 and they were closing at 4. So we ended up going to the ketchup park to play. We enjoyed riding our bikes into sun valley and on trails and paths around Ketchum too. We would definitely stay again.

Nice, clean condo at a good price

This condo is good value. A few things I should have checked out earlier: no balcony or outside sitting area and windows facing another unit make it slightly confining, and bedrooms are on the small side. Nice to have a washer/dryer and the kitchen is well-equipped, but there was only a few minutes of propane in the grill tank. It's really 3 1/2 stars and I am not complaining, but it may not appeal to everyone.

This was a wonderful condominium that accommodated the entire family with its 2 bedrooms and loft area that is furnished as a spacious 3rd bedroom on the second floor. The unit has a well equipped kitchen for preparing meals, and is conveniently located in the Elkhorn area of Sun Valley, backing up to the slopes of Dollar Mountain. Fabulous condo in quiet area

This is our second stay at this condo. As clean and comfortable as I remember from two summers ago. Nicely appointed and in a quiet low key location. As on our previous stay, our host Bob, was very responsive to our questions. The kitchen is well stocked with spices etc and many more plates, glasses and bowls than the two of us needed. Great bedding and towels. Would highly recommend this Elkhorn condo!!!

Good location and layout but upstairs shower doesn't drain properly and bathroom looks worn and in need of work. Upstairs queen bed may be broken as it tilts to the left side. Water to washing machine was turned off (not sure this was intentional). Condo could use a ceiling fan as upstairs was very hot at night.

A Wonderful Ski Trip to Sun Valley!

We had an amazing trip to Sun Valley! Bob, the owner, was super helpful! He provided us with a renter’s packet in advance that included all the travel instructions and details about the condo. They were very useful. Bob also answered several texts from me while we were there. He was very responsive and kind to help me with my many questions. We stayed in the condo with our family of six and it was great. It is not a huge place, but it is well designed so that it feels like there is much more space than the square footage would suggest. even with the six of us, we didn't feel like we were on top of each other like I have in other two bedroom Condos. It was well stocked with about everything you could want in the kitchen and bathrooms. It even had many kitchen food essentials like spices and stuff. Because of that, we cooked there for almost every meal. We also used the grill which was a nice bonus to have. We were there to ski, and it was awesome! It is about a 200-yard walk to the Elkhorn Lift at Dollar Mountain, which was running while we were there. We could also Ski almost all the way back to the Condo at the end of the day, It is also just a few hundred yards from the shuttle stop to take you to Dollar & Bald Mountains. We also loved the ski closet, to store your gear in, that you have access to on the main floor. We utilized the community hot tub every day and it was a treat. It is not within walking distance of the condo, at least in the winter. You must drive there, it is probably about a quarter mile or so away, but it was such a nice facility, that we didn’t mind the drive. Overall, we loved this place and we will probably be visiting again
