It backs onto the Valley Trail and green belt, is very private and offers great views of Mt. Morrisey! It is second floor entry from parking to front door and exits from living room at ground level onto a private patio. A large Hot Tub is located on the rear patio and is very private. The unit is on 1 level and features a well-equipped full kitchen, 2 full baths (one with a bubbler), 2TV/2DVD/VCR, wireless internet, gas fireplace, deck BBQ, Hot Tub, and a 1 parking spot in shared garage (small vehicle only). There is a ski locker conveniently located in the hallway area. Coin operated laundry is in centre building of complex, approximately 100 ft away. The dining room table seats 4 with a table insert that allows for 6. The breakfast bar comes with 3 stools. It is 780 sq ft. and can sleep a maximum of 6 people. No smoking. No pets.
