Was informed the ice machine was broken but could use ice trays in the downstairs refrigerator if I was “cool with that.” So many people hanging out in the lobby at the kitchen table placed there. Multiple people smoking right at the entrance door. People always congregated around the front door. Bed was hard as a rock.
