Sitting Waterfront on Lake Marion in the beautiful Taw Caw area of Summerton, SC, off exit 102 or 108 on I-95. Main is on second level with 3 very spacious bedrooms, 2 full baths, convenient laundry area and a large living room/kitchen combo with huge screened porch along the entire length of the house. The porch is topped off with a cozy bed swing for those afternoon naps, shaded by the huge grand live oak tree overlooking the water, propane fire table and grill. Large lot with plenty of parking for cars and boats.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen with a refrigerator, an oven, a microwave, and a stovetop. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and a kitchen island.
