Perfect getaway with the girls

The property was exactly as advertised but the home was so warm and inviting . Everything you could think of was supplied, we loved the main living areas and the downstairs bedroom and main upstairs room- stunning views. Could not fault anything, communication was excellent. We would have become squatters if we didn’t have to return to our families and work 😂

Excellent Experience

Stayed here with 4 girlfriends all in our 50’s. Had the best time relaxing and sitting on the private deck looking at the water and chatting for hours. The property was perfectly cleaned and modern. Would recommend to anyone!

Stunning home in magnificent location!

We enjoyed every minute at this gorgeous home in the most picturesque location. Spent a weekend here with friends & the vista was truly breathtaking. The house is so beautifully presented & extremely well-equipped - they have thought of everything you could possibly need & have created such a welcoming & homely vibe. The numerous outdoor & indoor spaces are designed so well & are perfect for a group gathering. We didn’t want to leave & will definitely be back!

Simply Stunning

We had a wonderful 3 night stay at the Lakehouse Retreat. It is a perfect location right on the water and the kids loved the jetty and Kayaks. The house has everything you need and the kids loved the board games in the kids room. Every room has amazing views of the Lake and it was so relaxing sitting on the deck watching the bird life and sunsets. Its a short stroll into the local shops that have everything you need. Bakery, IGA, bottle shop and plenty of takeaway food options. We loved Summerland Point and we will be back very soon. Thanks for sharing your amazing home with us !

Great memories

Took a group of friends there for my 60th. The place was spotless, the outlook was fabulous, just like the pictures and my friends were all considering booking the Lakehouse for their next family holiday. My only regret is that I booked only 2 nights and should have booked 3.

Relaxing stay in a spectacular property !

We had an wonderful weekend away for my mum’s 60th birthday. The property was so relaxing with water views from every room! The kids enjoyed the backyard and there was plenty of space for all of us to unwind.

Beautiful outlook

The house was very comfortable, and the view added to the serenity. It was lovely to be so close to the water. Kaitlyn who managed the property, was responsive and extremely helpful and understanding. We would love to stay there again.

More than a house, this property wraps you in its homeliness

Amazing location almost feels like you are alone with no neighbours just greenery and the sights & sounds of the amazing lake and its wildlife. Perfect for families who care for an elderly parent. The covered carport and single step leading to the entry floor bedroom with ensuite then out into the living/kitchen areas and front deck were what clenched this location for us. Far too many amazing extras to list, the board games, books, pantry ingredients, outdoor games, bits n bobs even a sewing kit made this stay a very homely and welcoming one. Thank you for helping us make precious end of life bucket list memories with our parent, we will definitely be back for another stay soon.

Such a wonderful place

We would like to thank you for letting us share your wonderful home, we had such a lovely time, peace and quiet, fun and laughter and the use of the canoes was such a bonus, fishing and jumping off of the jetty the boys just loved it. The property was 5 stars all the way.

Stunning location

Took my elderly parents here and was well suited to their needs having a master bedroom and living areas all on one easy level. The view out to the lake was stunning and the place had everything you could possibly want for a relaxing getaway.
