This property owner cancelled on us THE NIGHT BEFORE our check-in. We had to cancel our entire family trip, planned for my husband’s birthday, as we couldn’t find anything to accommodate our large family at that late notice. A few days before our check-in, they messaged asking if we had flexibility. I said we didn’t due to work schedules. Didn’t hear back, until later the night before our check in, saying they had property work to do and couldn’t accommodate us. I tried asking for flexibility and got no response. Vrbo customer service had to handle my follow up from there, issuing the refund and offering a small reimbursement offer if we found somewhere else. They said they’d help rebook us but then they couldn’t find anything available. This is the worst Vrbo experience I’ve had. Be careful before booking with this irresponsible and disrespectful person.
