House was cute. I did not like the front windows because I felt like people could see in at night if they wandered onto the property. Location was ok….not thrilled with being right on the highway.

Evidently the previous tenant let the host know the microwave was not heating correctly, so the host informed us and had a spare, countertop microwave ready before we arrived. We appreciated the effort on short notice. The full size refrigerator was large enough to hold two carry-on suitcases full of vacuum-sealed frozen fish and gel packs. Made it through TSA too. :)

Kelly's Kabin was perfectly located to enjoy both the middle keys and lower keys during our stay. The property is quite spacious and well equipped with everything needed to make it feel like a home away from home. Thank you for the great accomodation for a break that my partner and I definitely needed.

Wonderful Family Spring Break Getaway

The property was perfect for our family of 5 enjoying a spring break trip through the Everglades and down to Key West. The cabin was super convenient to Key West (20 minutes) but nice to be a little removed from the hustle and bustle of town. The kids loved having a little space to explore out back. While we didn’t cook in the two days we were there, the kitchen was well equipped and it was nice to have all the space of weren’t on the go so much. Beds were comfortable and would recommend this as a home base for anyone heading to the key west area.

Beautiful little cabin

This was our second time staying here. Feels very secluded although it's right off the highway. We saw many Key deer on our way to No Name Pub , including babies who thougt we should feed them) (We did not feed them). Highly recommend!

Pretty little cottage

First time in the Florida Keys and it did not disappoint. The cottage was quaint and comfortable. The property is located on the main road on Overseas Highway and is a very busy road. The walking trail behind the property was really nice. Short 1/2 hour trip to Key West. Pickleball nearby! Overall, we enjoyed our stay. One suggestion. The lock on the door was a little tricky.

This place was super cute, quiet and had added extras like chairs and towels for the beach and a cooler. The ac units were a little funky (maybe because of the storm) but they responded right away and got them fixed the next day. For us, the only “downfall” was no tv in the bedroom, but that’s not a huge deal. We would definitely stay again!

Three guys fishing

Very good location to fish from. We were flats fishing around Summerland Key. Plenty of decent restaurants and shops nearby but not crazy busy. The house has everything we needed. One guy got the bedroom, one got the pull out couch, a I got the twin size bed off the living room. Nice backyard with patio furniture and grill. If you are a light sleeper (I am not) the road noise might be an issue—but it doesn’t start until about 6 am. For us it was perfect!

Our 2nd Visit was perfect!

Kelly's Kabin is the perfect spot for my family and Kristin is such a sweet and accommodating host. Our pup was comfortable and the Kabin is nicely located in Summerland Key. A great coffee shop 5 min up the road in and a sweet little market that has whatever you forgot to bring! Thank you again for a wonderful stay and the happiest memories.

Little Paradise

Check in was super easy.Over all was a very comfortable place.Air condition was nice and cold..Everything worked properly.Located just South of Boondocks Bar&Grille which os one of our favorite spots.Easy to get back and forth to Key West.Would definately stay here again.

Great Little Stay

Fantastic little spot to stay if you want to be away from the Key West mobs but want to be close enough for a quick trip there. Finely equipped cottage with good parking and close to a few good places to eat. Very clean and enjoyable.

Friends birthday trip (2 people)

We had a fantastic time. We brought our bikes and kayaks. The house is centrally located to Key West and Bahia Honda, both on our itinerary. The bike path behind the house and throughout the adjacent keys was very nice to ride. Thanks for letting us stay!!

Keys First Timers

Clean, functional house. Plenty of space for a couple or small family. Kitchen and bathroom were excellent - well maintained, nice finishes, couldn't have asked for more. House is somewhat isolated even while being on the main road, so if you're looking for activity, this might not be the spot. Some road noise, but was never overbearing.
