Perfect House!

The house is really great in all things. A bit off from the rest of the world, good place to take a time out. Perfect view, when the weather is good. Nice interior, very comfy and cosy, great for a small family. Wooden stove, so of you need the heating you have to make some wood, which was perfect for us. Nice huge garden. You can go directly for a small hike in the area. The owner and the neigbours are really nice. A few km to the next supermarche or boulangerie.

Court mais très agréable séjour au sein du gîte de Benjamin. Un bel endroit chaleureux, cocooning et tout confort, dans un cadre calme, apaisant et reposant, doté d'une très jolie vue avec un extérieur très agréable.Le poêle a bois était également très appréciable le soir en cette saison. Es war einfach nur toll! Gerne wieder!Schönes "Rustico" bestens eingerichtet und mit grossem Garten und 2 Sitzplätzen. Bestens ausgerüstet, auch mit Gartenmöbeln, Grill, Liegestühlen etc. Viel Komfort im Innenbereich. (Abwaschmaschine, Waschmaschine, Polstersitzgruppe etc.)Ruhig! Guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Biketouren oder kulturelle Unternehmungen. Auto erforderlich.Der Besitzer war sehr hilfsbereit.Eigentlich ist die Unterkunft mit Glasfaser sehr schnell am Internet angeschlossen. Während unserer Zeit gab es aber grosse Verbindungsprobleme (ausserhalb des Hauses). Während einer Woche (von drei) hatten wir gar keine Verbindung. Der Besitzer setzte sich aber auch hier beim Provider dafür ein, dass das Problem schnellstmöglich behoben wird. Danke Ben!

Un gîte exceptionnel pour un séjour dans les Cévennes.

Maison dans laquelle on se sent comme chez soi avec une vue magnifique et au calme. L'accès se fait par une petite route sur laquelle il est difficile de se croiser. On rejoint la nationale en 10 mn et Sumène de l'autre côté en 15 mn. Elle est bien située pour visiter à la fois les villages cevenoles mais aussi Nîmes ou Aigues-Mortes. De nombreuses randos possibles aux environs. Pour les courses le plus proche est Saint Hyppolyte du Fort (20 mn en voiture) La maison est très bien équipée, la literie confortable et le jardin clos pour les chiens. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par les parents du propriétaire. Bref un endroit charmant à recommander sans hésiter. Nous y avons passé un super séjour.

Un séjour court mais vraiment excellent ! Tout était propre, nickel, et parfaitement entretenu. Benjamin a été extrêmement à l'écoute et disponible tout au long du séjour. Malgré la courte durée, j'ai pu apprécier le cadre naturel et les paysages magnifiques des Cévennes. Je reviendrai sans hésiter pour en profiter pleinement pour une durée bien plus longue. Une semaine à Cezas

Le logement est situé dans un hameau très isolé (accès assez difficile par route car il faut emprunter une très petite route où il est difficile de se croiser). La maison est conforme au descriptif et très bien équipée (surtout dans la cuisine) et vous vous retrouvez dans un lieu calme avec une jolie vue. Quelques soucis de plomberie qui ont été très vite résolus par les parents du propriétaire qui habitent la maison juste au-dessus et qui restent à votre écoute en cas de besoin. Température estivale de 35°C tous les jours qui mériterait qu’une climatisation soit installée au niveau de la chambre disponible à l’étage (la climatisation est disponible au rez de chaussée). Nous n’avons pas pu déjeuner le midi à l’extérieur car les deux terrasses se retrouvent en plein soleil et nous n’avons pas trouvé de parasol. Au final, un cadre agréable et une maison confortable pour se reposer et lâcher prise.

Vacances orientées nature

Nous avons passer un super séjour dans les Cévennes et finalement peu de temps dans cette location de Cézas, que nous avons eu le temps d'apprécier malgré tout. Les préparatifs, l'arrivée et la vie sur place ont été facilités par les échanges faciles avec le propriétaire et son père qui demeure également sur place, à côté. Les environs et le hameaux sont très beaux, authentiques. L'accès au hameau n'est par contre pas rapide. Il faut un petit 1/4 d'heure depuis la départementale 999, et rouler doucement, les routes étant étroites et régulièrement avec peu de visibilité. La location est très tranquille, avec une belle vue depuis la terrasse, étant en hauteur. Loc avec de beaux volumes, agréables. L'extérieur est bien, avec deux terrasses et un beau jardin. Il faut savoir malgré tout que les deux wc au RDC et à l'étage ne ferment pas (pas de verrou sur les portes). Durant notre séjour la porte à galandage des wc du haut ne coulissait pas complètement, elle bloquait. Egalement la salle d'eau n'est pas isolée. Elle est dans le passage entre la chambre principale et la grande pièce de l'etg, sans porte mais douche avec rideau. Le lavabo est dans le passage. Donc un peu de promiscuité pour la toilette. Attention à maintenir la qualités des prestations (travaux ds le jardin, lames de bois des chaises détachées, fermeture des baies vitrées dégradées...). Merci à Tony pour sa gentillesse.

Wunderschöner Cevennenurlaub

Wir haben hier 2 tolle und wunderbar entspannte Wochen im Oktober verbracht und Haus und Garten, die grandiose Aussicht und vor allem die Stille genossen. Supernette Eltern des Vermieters nebenan! Empfehlenswert für alle Ruhesuchenden, die nicht zwingend morgens ein frisches Baguette und Croissant brauchen.

Beau gîte au calme

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Un gîte très agréable dans un hameau très calme. 6/5 :-) pour l'accueil et la réactivité des propriétaires. 4/5 pour les équipements, un parasol serait appréciable, le hamac était inutilisable (cassé) et globalement il y a quelques endroits autour de la maison qui auraient besoin d'un peu d' entretien.

Traumhafte Lage mitten in der Natur

Das Ferienhaus verfügt über einen grossen, idyllischen Garten mit verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten, Bäumen, Sträuchern und Wiese zum spielen. Die Aussicht über Wälder und Hügel ins Tal ist wunderschön. Wir haben die Ruhe enorm genossen. Nette Eltern des Vermieters wohnen gleich nebenan. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Die Strasse in den kleinen Weiler ist sehr schmal und etwas abenteuerlich. Wir können das Ferienhaus wärmstens empfehlen.

Mooi groot huis met ruime tuinen en terrassen rondom vanwaar mooi uitzicht. Ideaal voor rustzoekers, slechts vogelgeluiden dringen door. Voor boodschappen via een kleine weg naar Sumène. We hebben hier een heerlijke week gehad.

Maison joliment mise au goût du jour. Superbe vue, tout pour faire la cuisine, chauffage avec un poêle à bois. Plein de départs de ballade à pied à partir de la maison. Tout petit bémol, la literie serait à revoir dans quelques temps pour ceux qui n'aiment pas se retrouver coller au milieu du lit.

Un site très calme

Super gite, que l'on apprécie après une route un peu stressante lorsque l'on n'a pas l'habitude de la conduite en montagne. Après 2 ou 3 trajets, on s'y fait très bien. Une fois arrivé, tout est oublié, c'est le calme qui domine. La vue est vraiment impressionnante, l'équipement parfait pour le séjour. tres bonne qualité de l'offre. Et si vous aimez les promenades en altitude, c'est parfait. Le gite est situé idéalement pour des visites de villes et villages typiques d'un secteur du Languedoc. Si je dois revenir dans le secteur, je commencerai par verifier la disponibilité.
