I had a relaxing weekend stay at Heart Haus with my wife and kids. The cabin was very clean and it had everything we needed. Amazing views from all angles of the cabin with plenty of room for us all to relax. Tara was a great host by keeping in touch and accommodating us throughout our stay. We'd love to come back in the future.

Perfect cabin for a mother/daughter/friends weekend. Had all of the essentials. It was cozy and beds were comfortable. We would definitely consider another weekend like this again at this cabin!

This cabin is exactly what we needed. It was very cozy, spacious and relaxing. The beds were so cozy and definitely some of the coziest beds I’ve ever slept on during vacation! It had everything we needed for a weekend with the family - indoor and outdoor.

A getaway from the everyday!

Stayed at Heart Haus on a whim for a change of scenery and we're so glad we did. The house is adorable, very clean and well-decorated. As many other reviews have stated, the driveway is only intimidating at first glance - it's paved and they have plenty of room to park/turn around/do things. We loved the strings of fairy lights at night, and even though it rained while we were there, the forest was so peaceful and calming. The hosts were communicative and responsive, yet left us lots of privacy and quiet. I can't wait for our next stay! This is a gem nestled in among the trees very close to Ohio's beautiful Hocking Hills region.

Lovely cabin

Beautiful cabin, wonderfully appointed. Great for families. Cabin is spacious with 3 floors and room for everyone to spread out. Host provides ample cabin supplies, linens for all and kitchen is very helpdully labeled with items in every drawer and cabinet. Driveway is very steep but do able. Loved our stay here. out. out

Fall Family Getaway

Heart Haus was the perfect place to meet up with our adult children for a long weekend. The location was great; right in between Logan and Lancaster gave us lots of options for food and some shopping. Living room was comfortable for relaxing with a movie after a day of hiking and a nice sized dining room table for meals together and board and card games. The fire pit area was so cozy and charming with the strung lights. Sitting on the balcony among the trees was so pleasant! We felt like we were in the middle of nature but not too far away from civilization! Thanks to our host for a great stay!

Comfy and Cozy little cabin in the woods!

Got there at check in time. Very easy to find. First impression was, that driveway is a bit intimidating(but we got used to it)! Walking into the house you are greeted with a table and a super cute seating area (perfect for kids to have their own space). A bedroom and bathroom on that floor was perfect for my one friend. Walking up to the main level we fell in love. Gorgeous decor, comfy furniture, spaceous kitchen, and nice bathroom. Everything was extremely clean! My personal favorite thing about the house is the master bedroom with the balcony. I got to relax with the door open and enjoy the peace and quiet and smell of nature. We got to experience a bad thunderstorm last night while there. It was awesome! All the trees blowing around you and rain coming down. Very relaxing. Made breakfast and dinner there. It had all the appliances and utensils we needed. Comfy beds, smart tv, cute campfire. It has everything you need for a getaway. Thanks again!

40th birthday stay

We stayed the weekend here with family. There was 6 of us. 3 adults, a 19 yr old, a 17 year old and an 11 yr old. Beds were amazing. Slept great. They had everything we needed. Tara communicated quickly and answered all my questions and even checked in periodically throughout the weekend by text to see if we needed anything. We were even able to get in earlier than expected check in time. The house was quiet and comfortable. Everything was labeled so we could easily find things. It was within a short distance of sight seeing. 100% recommend staying here and would stay here again in the future.

Perfect!!

Beautiful property! Outside of the hustle bustle of tourist areas but conveniently close enough to beautiful sightseeing in Hocking Hills. My family would have been happy hanging at the cabin but I dragged them to a couple caves!
