My stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Suffolk Riverfront was outstanding. The room had no shampoo or conditioner for our morning shower (they corrected later that day). Our room was situated over the entrance so we heard music 24-7 (it took us awhile to figure out it was from the entrance not the person below us). You had to turn on the A/C to keep the room at a comfortable temperature, otherwise, it was 80 degrees in the room. (bonus, it drowned out the music). The side door security entrance wasn't locked so anyone could enter the premises. We've been going for 5 years. It keeps going down.
