Awful stay, rude staff and as usual issues with getting hotels.com 2 rooms reservation, the transfer of information for hotels.com to the hotel is a huge issue. Ac did not work 27 degrees celcius in the room!!!

Great hotel and very clean, but there was a lot of construction nearby and the parking was a little confusing. I drove all the way down to the parking garage after pressing the button and had to carefully back all the way up the ramp. For the time being, the small lot behind the hotel was free but it was very limited parking.

Very poor Wi-Fi connection

Very poor Wi-Fi connection, which disconnected every 3-4 minutes and I had to log in again. You have to pay €3 for better wifi. I was very disappointed with the wifi, the usual free unlimited connection in hotels. Here the wifi is really only available for a few minutes and then you are disconnected and you have to log in to the network again

The hotel staff was very accommodating and helped in any way. Parking was on site with no charge. the rooms were nice and warm since it was winter. Everything lovely.

Well taken care of at the Tulip

Very courteous front desk staff, warm welcome and check-in. Room was clean, neat, and in good condition. At checkout again the staff was very attentive offering a cup of coffee while she finished preparing my statement. Very good experience for a low rate.

Nice proximity to Panzer Kaserne, nice location

It was a nice location, less than 10 minutes from Panzer Kaserne Stuttgart. There were parking options around, and a garage for 10 euros a day. The room was nice and clean.
