In the centre of the panoramic and sunny hamlet of Vedasco di Stresa is situated Casa Boutique Pietra, a charming old stone house that has been completely renovated. The house has a small private swimming pool and an outdoor courtyard furnished with a dining table, outdoor lounge and barbecue. The house is on three levels, on the ground floor there are two double bedrooms both with en suite bathroom with shower. On the first floor there is a large living room with a double sofa bed and satellite TV, a modern kitchen with dining table, and from there access to the courtyard with outdoor dining area and swimming pool. Also on this level on the characteristic outside balcony is a small bathroom with shower. On the third level, there is the living room with the sofa, dining table and the modern, well-equipped kitchen area. Coming out onto the balcony inside the courtyard of the house is the second bathroom with shower. From the living room, up a staircase, you reach a sitting area with satellite TV and a sofa which converts into a single bed, next to it is a modern designer bathroom with a large shower. From the living room you reach the double bedroom with lake view balcony. Also from the living room, climbing an external staircase, you reach the pearl of the house: a large panoramic terrace equipped with table, chairs, barbecue, sun loungers. From here you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the lake. Free parking spaces are available nearby.

Disliked: Cleanliness
Below expectations: no wifi throughout the stay even though they tried to fix it. Outside was not cleaned which we had to request. Several equipment not functioning (dehumidifiers, TV only in german, no curtains for some windows) and just across the house a dog kennel with 6 dogs who barked at everything that moved. Unpleasant stay.
