Staff are very helpful and pleasant. The hotel is well located for walking to most locations. The public areas are in good condition. Although the rooms are very clean, they are quite small and very well used. Showers have replaced baths and there is now a significant step down from the shower.

It was a spur of the moment decision to stay in a hotel. It was late at night. The staff was very an accommodating and friendly! We stayed 7 nights. It was very enjoyable! The staff went out of their way to help us in any way possible!

Booked a double bed got 2 twins pushed together. Inconvenient for a couple. No tea or coffee facilities in the room. Towels too small. TV turned on during the night Paper cups are a disappointment as glass is for more environmentally friendly.
