The stafff was rude and the room was truly a disappointment the towels were stained my linens ar check in was not clean and had hair in pillows from other guest. The rooms were in a basement with out windows and you couldn’t eat or drink your own drink in the lobby. Truly a 1-2 star hotel aside from the great restaurant and breakfast the amenities were horrible

For the price of £54 it was excellent. Really convenient location close to central station, clean, modern. The breakfast was probably the best I’ve had at any hotel I’ve stayed at. Only criticism would be that it was a bit stuffy in the room with no windows

The only good thing about this hotel is the location, super close to Central Station, but I did not like staying here. Rooms are super small, underground and no windows.
