Easy check in. Good to have separate duvets. Not very clean. Lots of crumbs/food bits/hairs on bedding/shower not clean. Needs a hoover. No tea/coffee provided as was in desceiption. There was also an ongoing noise like an extractor fan in apartment that was constant. Also a trip hazard on floor 3 in hallway with no explanation a ventilation maching thing around doorways of apartments

Great area (10 mins walk to where the boat leaves to the city centre or 5 mins to the tram with lots of restaurants nearby). The room was clean and had everything you need. Recommended!

I stayed at this hotel in September whole month, and stayed one more month in October. The problem is they sent me another new kod on September 29 and I wonder if they will change it again. I called them again on October 1st and they said it was another key code. It’s very choas and how come they didn’t work properly to the quest ?

The property was very close to grocery and pharmacy options. Instructions for the rooms were very clear and the checkin and checkout process was smooth. Local tram access is a very short walk away and the view of the hillside was interesting. I would ask for the ability to better control the temperature or open the windows as the room was pretty stuffy when we arrived.

The apartment comfortably accommodates four guests; however, the sofa bed's condition and comfort level are suboptimal for two individuals. Despite this, the accommodation is suitable for a short-term stay.

Summer vacation family visit.

The stay at the apartment was as good as advertised and everything I expected. On previous trips to Stockholm I had not been to this area before, so enjoyed the waterfront walks and visits to Sickla and Nacka. The Location was ideal with easy tram access to the tunnelbanan at Guiimarsplan. The room was spacious and well equipped, cleaned weekly with new bed linen and fresh towels provided. The area has lots of different restaurants to choose from with all tastes and budgets catered for. Favourites on this visit were Nya Carnegiebryggeriet at Luma with views of the ferries coming and going, also the Windmill Restaurant at Gullmarsplan with a good atmosphere and a live group as added entertainment on a Saturday evening. I would also recommend a visit to the Sky Bar with fantastic views of the surrounding area which is just a short walk from Mårtensdal tram stop or from Gullmarsplan station.

Great stay!

Was only here for 3 nights, but it was a wonderful place to stay. Check-in directions were clear, i was able to add parking to our stay, which is off street in a secure garage. Accommodations were clean and as described. It was warm when we were there, and there is no AC, but when we called to request a fan, it was delivered promptly. Would recommend it to anyone.

Great location, clean, nice place to stay.

The location is good with the tram stop nearby and easy routes into central. There is a Lidl and Coop nearby and a lovely lake and cinema within walking distance. The apartment was decent and clean enough though we found a silverfish one day. The staff were super apologetic though and very responsive. They brought new sheets etc and we never saw another one. Having a washer / dryer in the apartment was very helpful. I would stay here again.
