Loved this hotel! Staff were very friendly, location was perfectly in the middle of the locations we were going to. Bus stops right in front of the restaurant attached to the hotel, and this same bus goes straight to the train station so public transportation is convenient. Despite not adding the breakfast option, coffee, tea, water, and umbrellas were available to all guests. Thank you for an awesome stay!

The property appears to be brand new, modern, and comfortable. The staff is very nice and helpful. It is not walkable from the railway station or from the town of Thun but there is a convenient bus that ends in a station opposite the hotel. It takes about 10-12 minutes on that bus to arrive from the railway station.

A top tier clean property with a very helpful and friendly staff in all departments. The attached restaurant had a good selection of items and the dining area had great seating and fountains. We will return if ever in this area again.

Fantastic Hotel

This lovely hotel is sparkling clean, new, comfortable. There is AC. The restaurant is gourmet. The hotel was very welcoming to our dog.

Not a serious hotel!

The Hotel didn’t send us the code to get in! We called, passed by 3 times but there was nobody there and nobody answered the phone!! We could get in the building with another guest, it was 18:00 already! After trying to call all the numbers using the telephone in the reception we finally reached a hotel employee. He came to help us and we could get in our room, it was 19:00!! In the morning, when we complained in the reception the woman said they sent us the code twice. She also said we should know the reception is closed after 11:00! It was not their fault, we should know that!! We said there is no excuse not to answer the phone during the hole day! It’s unacceptable that nowadays a hotel just leaves the reception unattended and don’t answer their ‘contact phone’!! She offered a CHF 20,- discount but we said it was not enough then we got a discount of CHF 40,-. WE WILL NEVER STAY IN THIS HOTEL AGAIN!!!

Very comfortable, modern and clean hotel

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Double room size was a bit on the small side, but the modern bathroom design made up for it. I also appreciated the large underground garage with elevator access. The only drawback is that Thun town is not within easy walking distance, so you'll need to use bus, bike or car to get in to town.
