River View!

Room was a good value for the price. Our room overlooked the river, which was awesome. Loved falling asleep to the sound of the water. Room had two beds, but also two couches in the corner. Could have slept four people.

We have loved coming here for so many years. The only unfortunate part is the new building going in basically adjacent to our room which is by no means a negative on the Rabbit Ears Hotel. Just a sign of the changing times.

Room air conditioning outdated and loud.

Super small room with air conditioner (which was necessary this time of year), about 12 inches from the head of the bed roars so loudly, making it impossible to sleep.
