Fantastic place to stay! Our family visited in January for a ski trip and we will definitely be back. Host was very receptive to any and all of our requests, kitchen was fully stocked, condo was clean, ski shuttle, hot tubs, pool and sauna were all right outside the entrance to our unit!

Perfect stay

This property is perfect for our ski trip with the family. It was clean, easy to access and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a couple of meals. The shuttle to the resort was very convenient and came very frequently. Perfect stay!

We truly enjoyed our stay here. The condo was the perfect size for family of three and was very clean. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location was great too and was very close to the gondola area and a short drive to downtown.

A great place to stay!!

Loved the condo!! The pool was nice and there were 3 hot tubs to use. The condominium was Clean and had everything we needed. I would definitely stay there again!

Great Stay

We had a wonderful stay at Timber Run in Steamboat Springs. The condo was spacious and had all the things we needed in the kitchen. They also had a few games which the kids enjoyed. Pool and hot tub were just a short walk. We enjoyed how close we were to the bus stop and the main gondola area.

Ski trip

Great place to stay and in a great location for a few days of skiing with friends. It was exactly as advertised and the communication was outstanding and check in/out was smooth. We will stay here again next year.

Timber Run Steamboat Springs

This was a great condo and a great complex. The area was close to the ski resort with a free shuttle and a quick drive to the cute town. The condo was well stocked and we will definitely stay here again. Added bonus...the hot tubs were awesome!

Great condo in quiet neighborhood

Condo was nice and clean. Nestled in a quiet area off of Walton Creek Rd. Bus transit to/from the ski area was easy (tip: use the Alpine Ridge stop on Village Dr behind the condo). Rental management was excellent with communication.

Nice place with minor issues

Comfortable and very well equipped apartment(especially the kitchen). Nice pool and hot tubs Maybe I missed it in the ad but we weren't expecting 14 steps down to the entry door. There is a very long rout to avoid that but for my wife's bum knee, it was a little bit of an issue. Fairly typical for a rental as in there are a few Maintenace issues being overlooked but it was a good stay.

Good for price

The unit is about a 15 minute walk to base, it wasn’t bad. We usually took the bus back. We stored our skis at base vs carrying them to and from. The condo was nice, bed was comfortable. The master bath is tiny! The toilet is crammed in next to the bathtub. They need some additional Tupperware in the kitchen. All in all, a good stay. Hot tub was nice.

Ideal location! Clean, updated floors, countertops and furniture that appears to be quite new. The owners take good care of their condo. It was perfect for my husband, myself and our adult son since there are two nice sized bedrooms and two bathrooms. We were in town for my niece's wedding, so plenty of room for us all to get ready. Fans in living area and bedrooms were a welcome addition since we kept the AC low. The only negative has nothing to do with the condo itself. The instructions we received before arrival stated we would find pool keys in a "plastic sleeve on the counter". There were none so I called the customer service number of property management and also texted. I never got any response the entire time we were there (5 days). I found out from my sister-in-law that a code is used (they were staying at Timber Run as well). We did not get the code either (pool gate used a different code than our unit). How easy would have that been to text? The pool is lovely and very clean. Glad we got to use it!

Week in Steamboat

All was good. We survived poor TV reception, a leaking freezer, broken top rack in the dishwasher, a new roof being put on and a 21st birthday party in the condo above us!!!

Steamboat Trip-SpringBreak

I thought our trip was great. Loved Timer Run. The only thing I wish was that someone would have gotten me a key for the ski closet that I asked for on day one! Was no fun leaving the skis and snowboards in my car all week and having to move them every time we went to dinner. Thanks

Convenient location with ski shuttle

I chose this unit thinking it might be walkable to the ski slopes. It could be, but the free shuttle was so convenient there was no reason to make the 15 minute walk. The shuttle could also be called upon for evening dinner in the nearby town of Steamboat. (Make dinner reservations at least two weeks in advance if you want to eat at the nicer restaurants.) We drove ourselves and had no trouble finding parking during our Monday-Thursday stay. The unit was very quiet and had nice daylight even though it was on the bottom floor. It is an older building, but the decor was cute and the beds were comfortable with nice bedding and lots of pillows. Three outdoor hot tubs were great for apres ski. The kitchen was well equipped and the living area was a nice size for four adults. I thought this unit was a great value for our four night stay with our adult son.

Great place to stay!

My family and I really enjoyed staying at this property for our little trip to Steamboat. It is in a great location, was nice and clean, and had great access to amenities (pool, community grills, tennis courts, etc.). The unit is very spacious and modern, and had everything in it that we needed. They were even nice enough to provide a pack-n-play for our 6 month old daughter so we didn't have to pack ours. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend!
