The swimming pool and hot tub were actually closed but it said they remain open. We booked it just for the swimming pool. The room and elevator are not clean, there are construction dirt and debris in the elevator. The staff are not professional enough. For the price I paid there is no service at all, no water, coffee, tea bags available, no bath tub ( a shower), no breakfast, nothing at all. The lobby is empty.
