The house was amazing with 3 separated living quarters which made it very nice, especially with a young toddler. The view was spectacular from every room and from the living room and porches. The pool was beautiful and the kitchen well equipped. (The blender was broken though so it would be nice to replace that.). It was hard to know who we should be communicating with since one minute it was Amanda and the next it was Dee. Having only one person might be better. The only info that didn’t get to us in time was the chartered boat info that we got the morning of the last full day we were there. (When we didn’t receive that, we booked one on our own so that ended up fine as well.) it may be good to clearly inform folks of how steep the driveway is (Glad we got the car we got!) Overall it was an absolutely incredible vacation. We would 100% come back again!!

The property was beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. However, I do need to point out that the pool was way too cold to use and when we requested to have the heat turned on, we were charged an additional 95 per day. This was not indicated on the listing and this is the first time that I have had to pay an additional fee in order to utilize an amenity that is a selling point for booking the property. Our family spends most of its time around the pool and I expected at the price we were paying that it would be useable without having to incur additional costs.

Beautiful house in a beautiful setting! The drive up and down the mountain is not the most fun and at night is hard to see as there’s very little lighting at the gate to get in. The street name is actually Peterborg East, which is not listed anywhere in the House listing, but everything else was wonderful. Even when we had to buckle down for a hurricane we did lose power, but they restored it the next morning pretty quick.

The BEST location and house!

The Villa Sorriso is a STUNNING house! From the time you walk in, the view is captivating and significantly better than any picture could be! The house is clean, comfortable, and has great amenities. Check in with Beige was incredibly easy and she was a fantastic host with great dinner, taxi and boat charter recommendations. We had 8 people of all ages and it accommodated everyone comfortably, and gave everyone their own space. If you’re considering this house, just book it!

Villa Sorriso

This property is wonderful and we had a fabulous stay! The views are incredible from every room. So many spaces to hang out and plenty of room for six adults and three children. Caribbean retreats is a fabulous management company and so helpful in meeting all of our needs from grocery pickup, getting us to the rental car place to make sure we had car seats, getting us picked up at the airport and taken back to the airport, and suggestions for a wonderful chef!

Not as good the second time around

This is the second time we have stayed at this villa. We returned because we loved it so much the first time. However, the ownership has changed and the condition of the villa was not like it was the first time around. The pool heater and lights didn’t work—and that water was cold—the cooktop worked but had only one temperature, the dishwasher drawer was broken. There were several other things also, like no live TV, and other things that don’t need to be mentioned. Now I have to say that attempts were made to fix some Of the things that weren’t working. I am waiting to hear back from the property manager in writing re: partial refund but so far nothing. When you are paying this much money to stay at a property, the expectation should be that everything is in perfect working order. Very disappointed and will not be going back.

Amazing Girls Trip

Villa Sorriso was a wonderful home with amazing views! Beige, our concierge, was AWESOME! She helped with groceries, a driver and catamaran tour! She welcomed us to the home and was available for any questions or recommendations that we needed! The home is beautiful and the views are breathtaking! Just a heads up the driveway is VERY STEEP! We can’t wait until our next girls trip! Thanks Beige and all of the wonderful staff! Shoutout also to Mr. Larry, our driver! He was so kind and made our trip safe and fun!

Gorgeous Views

The property was amazing and the views were stunning. We stayed here with other couples and the set-up was great, as far as having your own areas to chill. Each bedroom has its own on-suite, so it was perfect. We spent several nights cooking at the house and sitting outside enjoying the views- great kitchen set-up and grill available.

Would definitely reccomend!

This Vrbo was absolutely perfect! With plenty of room for all 8 of us. Although we had lots of fun exploring the island we could have stayed in the villa all weekend and had no complaints. The hosts were extremely accommodating, and helped us set up the sound system so we could play music while sitting by the pool. They also introduced us to a taxi driver who was perfect for our group!! They exceeded our expectations with helping us find good restaurants and things to do nearby. I would definitely reccomend using taxis or getting a jeep if you plan on staying here, the driveway is very steep and was difficult for our rental car to get up and down! We would 100% reccomend and hope to come back some day!

Beautiful Rental - Needs Upkeep

We loved our stay at this location. However, the check in process was very disorganized. We were using concierge to set up Jeep rentals, and had to call a few times to better identify what the rental facility was, pick up, etc. We waited about 40 minutes total after getting luggage for the rental facility to pick us up. We were directed to meet concierge at a local cafe to drive to rental property together. Took about an hour to find the location. Lights were out at the pool upon arrival. Many tiles in front of the detached sleeping rooms were broken and a tripping/safety hazard to our two younger children who were staying with us. The view from all areas was gorgeous - stunning area and pool to enjoy the ocean breeze. Kitchen had many amenities to cook in, and the outside dining area was a perfect place for us all to eat and enjoy the weather. Be prepared for many “no see’ums”! Take Vitamin B before you go to prevent bites. Other than this, really pretty facility. Beds were comfortable, air conditioning a great option for warmer nights. The waves crashing upon cliffs was just so relaxing! Cannot beat the views, and you can drive to so many locations close by. Charlotte Amelie was so fun to explore!! Check out Brewer’s Bay for snorkeling! Overall good - location, view, and comfort were awesome. Need a bit more clarity on arrival procedures.

Great place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay. Beige and Shard were both helpful and knowledgeable. House was clean and well stocked. We had groceries brought in before our arrival which was nice. Only issue we had was that we could only take one shower at a time. The water would shut off if two showers were running at once.

Villa Sorriso Brings Smiles

Villa Sorriso is a great home with a set up that gives plenty of space to gather and plenty of space to retreat! The views are amazing from everywhere. Kitchen is stocked and clean. The property has character and a cool private feel. Bedrooms are ample with bathrooms en suite. The check in and service (Caribbean Retreats) is 5 Star top notch, responsive, and easy to deal with. I recommend for couples and or family! We had both.

Girls Weekend
