The master bedroom has a fabulous view of the mangroves and small waterway that leads off the intercoastal. Sit in your pjs and watch the birds nesting in the trees from the bedroom or the large balcony right outside the door. There are two huge walk in closets in the master bedroom along with plenty of extra space to watch tv or work from home. The master bath has and jack and jill sinks as well as a walk in shower. In the kitchen you will find plenty of space to prepare a meal along with all the necessary pots, pans, dishes, and cutlery. The living room is spacious with a balcony that adjoins the master bedroom. The condo is located on the second floor just above the 2 car garage. There is no elevator but it really isn't needed since you can leave all of your beach gear in the garage. The stairs are covered with plenty of lighting to comfortably walk. The guest bedroom is large and has a roomy closet as well as a tv. No need to worry about laundry- there is a full size washer and dryer in the condo for you to use.

The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find a TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and a phone. Limited housekeeping is available.
