This was a lovely, adorable inn! The staff were friendly, kind, and cheerful. It was easy to find and park our car. It was perfect for our one night stay with a clean room, friendly and cozy community foyer with complimentary items such as a glass of wine, and other food. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay in St. Pete

My husband and I attended a concert at Janus and booked this hotel to stay over after the concert. The room was clean and cozy. The lobby area was lovely with continental breakfast and a happy hour. The staff were friendly and helpful. If we're in downtown St. Pete again, this would be our first choice of places to stay.

The Inn on Third is an amazing place to stay. Every time I travel to St. Petersburg, I stay here. The Inn is very clean and close (walking distance) to all restaurants, nightlife, and entertainment.
