Loved our stay!

Absolutely loved our stay here. The home and property were easy to find, absolutely spotless, very comfortable for everyone. We were so grateful to find beach equipment ready to go in the pool shed, made our stay so easy. Would definitely stay again!

Cozy and comfortable beach house

There were six of us coming in for my cousin’s wedding and this house was the perfect spot for us. Bedrooms were comfortable and the host was wonderful. Wish we could have stayed longer and used the pool…next time!

Fabulous Home

Such a great house! We enjoyed the area and dog beach was close by but really spent most of our time in the backyard relaxing by the pool and cooking. Would recommend this place to any family or pet parent.

Nice place well appointed

The home is very clean and well cared for. You can tell the owner takes pride in the home and knows how to do VRBO. I loved that the pool was warm enough.

Great House for family gathering!

A Perfect house for our gathering! Open spaces for people to read/nap/watch TV, great pool in the backyard for our swimmers and well equipped kitchen for meals! The property manager was very helpful with the questions we did have and super quick response.

Sweet summer memories

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your lovely home. Location was convenient to the beaches and other points of interest. And was an added treasure to be able to come home from our day’s adventures and relax in our own private pool instead of having to share a pool with the masses at a hotel. Hope to visit again!

Last minute getaway

This was a last minute getaway for me and my husband. The home was actually nicer in person thaw what is portrayed in the pictures. We enjoyed the very private backyard and pool.

Quiet house with a pool and nice yard!

This house was perfect for us. We stayed for a few days while visiting our college son. The kitchen was great and the oven worked well, I was even able to make a birthday cake. We enjoyed the pool and the nice quiet yard every day. We will definitely try to stay here again next time we visit.

Pleasantly surprised!

The house is bigger in person than it seemed in the pictures. Very clean! Had everything we needed. Great location to get to the beach, Fort Desoto, downtown St Petersburg and easy to get to Tampa. We loved having the pool to enjoy. We had a great time! Would definitely stay again!!!

Nice home conveniently location

Nice place to stay. We used one of the bikes to ride into Gulfport. House was clean and the beds were comfortable. The weather wasn’t cooperating so we didn’t get to use the pool. But sitting outside was really nice, especially with the early morning sun.

Family visit

Great house with all the amenities you need and some you didn't know you needed. Lots of personal touches. House is perfect for family meals, and making new memories together. We loved that the property is certainly located to most everything and very close to a great dog beach. Host was very responsive and there to assist with any questions or issues. We enjoyed this house very much!

Back yard Oasis

Although, the weather was on the cooler side while we were there the back yard was still our happy place, beautiful. The house was Immaculately clean . It is a short walk to the quaint little beach town of Gulf Port that I,s always bursting with activities. Our property host Kathie was incredible nice. We will be back.

The house was perfect. I was there for a concert at Jannus. My daughter came up thurs and stayed over. Most of the time I was solo with my little Pooch. I spent a lot of time enjoying the pool and outdoor area. We enjoyed brunch outdoors. The covered area was great for a meal.

Christmas Staycation

I live in St. Pete, but thought it might be fun for all of our visiting family to have a fun staycation. Had such a great time that I forgot that I live only 10 minutes away;) The house was perfectly cozy, wonderfully supplied, and the heated pool in the oasis of a backyard space was perfection. Kathie really thought of most everything! Thanks for a great stay...we may have to make this a new Christmas tradition with our kiddos!

U of Tampa visit/St Petersburg

The property itself is very nice. The house is well kept, clean and spacious. Although the neighborhood is a bit run down, when sitting in the backyard, you feel like you are at a resort. The hostesses were easily accessible and communication was great. If you are coming for a visit to the University of Tampa, this is about a 1/2 hour away and close to great dining, beaches, and amazing views. Thumbs up!

Process was seamless. Communication with kathie was excellent. House was equal to listing. Access to pinellas trail, not mentioned in listing was a real plus for exercising our dog. Pool was great , property was spotless at check in. Close to downtown as well as Gulfport and beaches. We were there for a month and wished we had booked a longer stay at this property

Great outdoor space

The owners and property managers went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed for a beach vacay! The outdoor area was great. Home was very clean. The only reason we are doing 4 stars instead of 5 is because the beds were very uncomfortable to everyone in our group. Beds, pillows and showers could definitely use some work! Other than that it would’ve been perfect. ( We really value the sleep we can get on vacation).
