Nice location, great beach, very clean rooms, will be really nice after all the renovation is complete. Just a lot of building work being done and the room we were in was dated so it is understandable that the hotel is being renovated. Sirata should disclose that the hotel is under renovation.

Room was nothing like any of the photos we seen on this site old and dirty looking bathroom was old and dirty looking room was not very well cleaned you do not get to stay in the main building you in the last building that has not been updated

When booking third party they will put you in room furtherest from the amenities that houses all their construction workers. Dampers and cheapens the experience.

I had pay for a king but they gave me a double bed. After doing all that walk I had to go back to the front desk to get a different room that I had pay for. But overall the hotel is very nice and very accessible to the beach.

The reason I am not providing a perfect rating is because the room assigned to us was situated near the main pool, which was enjoyable, but also adjacent to the housekeeping utility closet. The noise from housekeeping starting at 7 a.m. was quite disruptive, as we were still asleep, and it seemed there was no consideration for the guests. On our final day, the use of a blower or vacuum woke us up due to its loudness. I kindly request that you address this with your staff or refrain from assigning guests to rooms next to housekeeping.

Good resort there's two bar/restaurant inside with more outside within walking distance. Clean staff friendly. What I didnt like, we staued in bldg. 4 which needs a little upgrading especially front doors to rooms & sliding doors to balcony very hard to open, need to be replaced, other than that I would definitely go back.

No Shower curtain, No bath or shower mat, We booked for 4 adults and were only provided 3 sets of bath linens until otherwise requested. No apology or concern when we reported NO SHOWER CURTAIN; in fact we were treated as if it was an unreasonable expectation. Resort fees did not cover any type of beach lounging, no umbrella, no cabana, we paid a daily rental of $139.00. At check-in the associate kept saying you should have booked with Hilton they are buying it in phases anything still under Sirata is suffering. We are truly surprised that EXPEDIA would partner with such an unpolished resort situation. Not Pleased, very disappointed.

The staff was nice, but the hotel had some weird thing happening with moisture. When we woke up everything was soaked and the ceiling was dripping. Not enough to be a leak (from what I could tell) but enough to have drips showing across the ceiling. Every surface was moist. Very odd. The door was also a bit sketchy, but it did lock. The towels were not white (although they seemed like they were supposed to be), and seemed to be stained to a yellow color. Other than that it was clean and I loved the view! Great little spot.

The day we arrived, there were worms on the sheer curtains in both the bedroom and living area. There was a huge hole in the concrete out on the balcony and we deemed it unsafe to sit out there for fear of falling concrete.
