The home did not disappoint. The communication was timely and relevant as well. I appreciate the location and information, and it allowed for easy travel in the area. Access to the beach was perfect and I appreciated the local recommendations for food and coffee. I highly recommended staying at the Pink House.

Because of hurricane devastation stayed at their other location

We booked the little pink house, only to discover it acquired damage from the storm. Andi quickly asked if I wanted a refund, or to offer other locations. We wanted to see the sun, so we took her up on the offer. We stayed at her Indian rock shores location which included a pool. The bed was comfy, pillows were so soft and nice.when the wind was to much to take on the beach (which was one block away) we would sit by the pool. There was a sitting area on the porch for shade during the mid-day heat. Everything was within walking distance so we didn’t need a car. The trolley stop was less then a block away, for site seeing. We had a great time and would work with Andi and Madison again. She was very quick to answer text messages and allowed us to check in early. Over all, a really nice much needed vacation. Thanks Andi and Madison!

Not as advertised

This house was not at all as advertised. There was some mold in the shower, a lizard in a drawer, and the bedroom was so small my spouse had to climb in and out of the bed. And I kicked my toe into the wall getting up to go in the middle of the night. We left after the first night. I spoke with the owner and she was not the least accommodating. We had to go to another place for our stay. We got nothing back from our payment. Just lots of silly auto e-mails as if we had stayed.

Location was great

This home was perfect and suited our needs. If you’re looking for something a bit more mellow, then the location of Indian Rock Beach is perfect as the surrounding areas (Clearwater, etc) are full of high-rises. This home had a lot of amenities and using the Sunburst Inn across the street was easy and well worth it as their beachfront access is phenomenal. The air conditioning was cold and the washer and dryer was definitely needed. The bikes were a plus as well as the beach gear. The dive bar next-door is a hoot, you must go check it out. And the coffee shop nearby was a gem. Would stay here again!

Spring Break

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house is cute but very small. Which was fine for the 3 of us. Some of the things we enjoyed about the house was the location. Every morning we were able to walk to the local coffee shop. If bars are your scene there is a neat little bar right across the street. You do get a lot of traffic due to the bar but it did not bother us. It is open till 2 am so sometimes it can get a little loud. I just kept the AC turned down low. Once it kicked on it muffled out any noise. Access to the beach was convenient. We just walked across the street to The Sunburst Inn and they allow you to use their walkway. Had no problems at all. Another issue was storage your clothes. We basically lined up our bags on the bench seating you see in the picture and lived out of our bags. 1 closet so hanging your clothes you are very limited. The closet in the bedroom is storage for HVAC. Also, the bedroom door would not close all the way because of the bed. The bed is your room. The only privacy you had to change was the bathroom. Our daughter slept on the trundle and said it was fine. We did not need to pull it all the way out but if we did a lot of your space is gone. This house just needs a little updating, cleaning, and some fresh paint. The patio on top could be so cute with just a little bit of work. Also, while we were there we could not get the outdoor hose to work to rinse off. I text the house manager but got no response. The house fit our needs for the week!

Spring Break Getaway

We loved our stay in the house! It was the perfect size for 2 adults and 1 child. We loved the location as we could be at the beach in a few minutes, walk to coffee, or walk to mini golf. It was very convenient to be able to use the beach supplies from Sunburst! The hosts were very helpful and easy to communicate with! We hope to be back!

Location, location, location (and charm)

What a sweet, cozy cottage next door to a local bar and across the street from the beach. I walked 1/2 block to the coffee shop every morning (recommend the Maui Morning Muffin). Beach access through the Sunburst Inn is convenient and lovely. The pink cottage’s rooftop deck was perfect for dinner(Beach Pizza) & drinks in the evening. Highly recommend.

5 Star Everything!

Perfect location - we walked everywhere….10 steps to Mahuffers, half a block to Indian Shores Coffee, a couple blocks to Salt Rock Grill, twenty minutes north to Dog and Parrot (Adventure Golf was probably 10!). Also walked twenty minutes south to Reddington Shores and ate at Broke n Bored, the candy shop, and saw the bird sanctuary. Most importantly - even with all these amenities close by, having Sunset Inn right across the street for beach access, chairs, etc was perfect! Loved everything about the house - beautiful weather at night to enjoy up top on the rooftop. Host responded to messages during booking and during stay - incredible communication! Will stay again!

Pink Cottage Blast!

Our stay was fabulous! Across the street from such an iconic place! The vibe of this entire area was so chill and relaxing yet fun as well. The host was incredibly accommodating and made things a breeze.

Loved the pink cottage!

Had a lovely time with no real issues, the location was beautiful and super close to a coffee shop and bar. The host Andi was super responsive and even came out to meet us after a small issue. You cannot beat the location and the beach was not crowded at all.

Cottage by the beach!

It was perfect for what my husband and I were looking for! We just needed enough space for us and our dog, we didn’t need a huge house with a bunch of beds and rooms. It was right across the street from the beach! And there was plenty of beach stuff to use! Outdoor shower with seating and then a rooftop patio, if you want to go up and chill and listen to the music playing at the Mahuffer’s bar next door! We can confirm, that once inside your cottage, you don’t hear any noise! Close to everything and there are bikes, if you want to ride a few blocks away to somewhere! Great place! Will stay again!

Birthday Weekend Fun

We had a wonderful time at this property. Really enjoyed hanging out at Mahuffers next door. Also, the beach access and privacy was wonderful. Great time was had by both of us at this great little gem. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.
