Beautifully remodeled 1st floor studio condo at Friendly Native Beach Resort. We are beach side and pool side. Parking is FREE to our guests. Unit is perfect for a couple or party of 2. Features a KING size bed. The unit boasts ceramic tile floors throughout and a remodeled kitchen with granite countertop. The full-size refrigerator is great for keeping your drinks cool at the beach and the pool. The updated bathroom has a large ceramic tile shower. There is a large 50” HD TV with premier cable and high-speed wireless internet service, DVD player, and sound bar that can be used to connect music from your phone through Bluetooth or can be used with the TV or DVD player. Enjoy the beautiful, heated pool right outside the unit. There is a poolside shower to clean off those sandy toes. The beach can be seen from the front windows and is located directly across from the condo, Enjoy a gorgeous sunset or a morning breakfast at “Paradise Grill” on the beautiful Upham Beach, steps away and on one of the top-rated beaches in the world. It's a well-kept secret of St. Pete Beach. Or you can enjoy your coffee or meals poolside with ample tables, umbrellas and lounge chairs. This was the perfect condo for 2 people. Beautifully decorated in the beach theme. Exactly as described. The beach chairs, umbrella & cooler were a awesome amenity. It is literally a walk across the parking lot to the beautiful beach. The host sent great instructions for everything including places to visit & eat.

Mother’s Day getaway

My best friend and I had a wonderful time staying on St. Pete Beach and the condo was perfect for our 3 day trip. Everything was clean and we had plenty of supplies. The bed was super comfortable and the AC worked great! The water pressure in the shower was excellent and the access to the beach and swimming pool could t have been easier. We would definitely stay here again.

Quick Anniversary Get Away

Perfect little place for a beach get away. We live such busy lives we really just wanted to shut down for a few days. This trip allowed us to do just that! Right on the beach and close to nice restaurants. Pool was refreshing too.

Great property but minor hiccups

The owner and the property was great. Perfect location and good for two people. The only issue we had was the cleaning people didn't let us in on time and then pressured us to leave early. Thankfully the owner was quick and supportive as this wasn't really their fault.

Nice time at St. Pete’s!

The location and pool were wonderful and everyone was very friendly. There are many restaurants within walking distance and having the beautiful beach across the street was a definite plus especially since it is such a busy time of the year. The condo itself was adequate for two people and had everything you needed. Our only small criticism was that the bed was very soft , might be our preference or maybe needs updating. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay! Thank you Jim and Mona!

We have stayed in this area for three years now. This vacation goes down as one of the best. Our studio condo was very roomy and in the very good location. The people in the condo complex were wonderful. We loved hanging out in the pool area with them. We would’ve gladly rented this again next year if it was available.
