Weekend in St. Pete

Communication with hosts was responsive & answered all questions.Nice surprise to have a great bottle of wine waiting for us! Comfortable & stylish furnishings. Walking distance to some eateries & waterfront. Nice neighborhood. Only thing missing was a full length mirror - otherwise perfect!

Welcoming and comfortable with everything we needed.

Lovely holiday accommodation. Perfect size for the two of us. It was clean and well equiped and felt very welcoming when we arrived.The location was pretty good too. We would love to stay there again.

Little piece of heaven

This property is precious! I has everything you need for a nice quiet relaxing stay. It is clean, conveniently located and so quaint. We can't wait to revisit!Oh and the food recommendations were all spot on!!!

Very Quiet and Convenient

We visited St Pete for first time. The unit is on a quiet alleyway in an interesting section of town. Lassing Park nearby is a plus. Don’t miss Old Southeast deli. Easier to get around than we first imagined. Well supplied kitchen and good tv choices.

Fantastic studio with owners that care about your experience.

This stay far exceeded my expectations. I already felt going into it that I was going to enjoy a well maintained place, but I didn't realize how much I was going to like the location and neighborhood too. Easy to bike to downtown, which I did every day. Also Lassing Park is perfect for pulling up to park and put you kayak in. St. Pete is a great choice for a stay. The rental is wonderful and the owners responsive and good people. They don't cut corners on quality, and I found they to be a joy to talk to. Feels like they stock it how they would want it to be if they lived in it. Place had all I needed and more. I worked out of it as well and used the counter for my work surface. Clean, well maintained, safe, easy access to take things back and forth from your car. Not knowing the area going into it, I was unsure of parking in the back. That was absolutely no problem, and that was with my Jeep with temp doors that don't lock. It's actually a bonus, because it puts your car right next, to your unit. Neighbors all seemed friendly. I would definitely stay again. Thanks T and J.

Simple and comfortable.

Had a very comfortable leg stay for a week long work trip. The cottage had everything I need to cook a bit. The bed and bedding were insanely comfy. Getting there and checking in were a breeze.

Beautiful lush tropical property in Old SE St Pete!

We had damage from the hurricanes this summer. When we were displaced from our home while our floors were replaced, we stayed in this lovely cottage. The property is lush and tropical with an old dog Sam who keeps a watch on things ; ) Our dog Ripley loved the fenced oasis and hanging out with Sam. Our friendly and helpful hosts, Tom and John, gave us great recommendations for places to walk to in the neighborhood. So, a very inconvenient displacement turned into a wonderful little staycation in the lovely Old Southeast of St Pete.

Lovely, accurate to the listing and very clean. I will definitely look into staying here again.

The studio apartment was very cute and more than functional. I had family in the neighborhood so I mostly just slept there but I could have cooked, the kitchen was well stocked. The only thing I missed was I would have liked to use a washing machine but there wasn’t one in the little house.

Great stay

Checkin was smooth. Tom left us a bottle of wine to enjoy. Very modern , clean, and complete with everything you need for a great stay. Love the details in everything. Crisp Ralph Lauren sheets and Tommy Bahamma bedspread.

Good location. Floor dirty. Fingernail clippings on floor and furniture. Tan chair dirty and stained. Did not feel comfortable sitting in it. Could use some good coffee mugs.

Lovely little cottage!

Great stay at this place, had a little trouble finding it at night but the owners answered our call right away and we're able to direct us. Was so nice to be welcomed with a bottle of wine and the coziest little place. Had everything we needed and I would stay here again! Bed was very comfy too!

Excellent cottage

This was a wonderful place to stay. My husband and I and two goldens were staying a few days as we made our way south and stopped at my office in St. Pete. The cottage has everything you can think of and is so easy to get to, quiet, comfortable, and clean. The wine upon arrival and lights on to help us see were amazing. Great fenced in garden and yard with cute table and chairs to have morning coffee or just relax outside. Highly recommend if you need a great place to stay near St. Pete city and/or beaches. So much to do!

Highly recommend!

We stayed for three weeks. Everything was perfect. The studio was conveniently located in a quiet residential neighborhood. We enjoyed many walks in nearby Lassing Park. The studio, especially the kitchen, was unusually well-furnished. A firm mattress ensured that sleeping was comfortable. And Tom and John were marvelous hosts--friendly and attentive, but not intrusive. Highly recommended!
