What an amazing location! This property was directly across from the beach. The owners were fantastic to communicate with, and even provided a wagon, beach chairs, towels, an umbrella and cooler to take to the beach! We absolutely love St Pete’s beach and will never be staying in a hotel again! Thank you, Ross’s!

Highly recommend!!!

We absolutely LOVED it here! Gorgeous place and amazing location!!!! We cannot recommend enough! The walk to the beach is super close. Excellent host! Loved how we had beach stuff and a wagon to use too!

Beach & Baseball

This was the perfect spot for us for our weekend getaway! Loved that it was right across the street from the beach & within walking distance to shops, restaurants & the Corey Ave Sunday market! Also not too far from airport or Baycare Park since we were there to go to see the Phillies spring training games! We would definitely come back & would recommend this cute studio apartment!

We had a great time staying on Upham Beach. The condo was just as the pictures show! Very clean, well maintained condo. Communication with the host was top notch. Easy check-in. We would definitely stay here again.

St Pete Beach

We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area. Perfect location. Walking distance to some really fun restaurants and bars. Neighbors were friendly and quiet. Pool area was beautiful.

GREAT stay!!

My husband and I stayed here with our 3 month old and it was the perfect amount of space. The condo itself was very clean. We loved the beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella and wagon that was available for use! We also loved how close the condo was to the pool and the short distance walk to the beach! The host was also very nice and accommodating!

Updated, clean and close to beach

We had a great stay at this property. The condo is very clean, freshly updated and includes so many extras like beach supplies and coffee pods. We used the beach towels, chairs, umbrella and cart everyday. Really loved the beach cart! So convenient especially if you’re flying in for your visit. They even had tumblers with lids for taking drinks to the pool or beach and a very nice cooler. We really had everything we needed. The property is very well maintained. The pool area is nice and tropical and the pool is kept very clean with plenty of chairs, umbrellas and lounge chairs. One of our favorite things about this condo is how close it is to Upham beach! Public access is right across the street. We love the public beach area which has a nice little beach cafe. You can also walk to many local restaurants, shops, and bars. Parking for this condo is included and is so close and convenient too. The property owner was great at communicating with us and responding to any concerns or questions. A hurricane hit the week we were to check in and John reached out to check on our plans and keep us updated. Overall a great property. We would book again.

This unit was just as described. Ground floor studio across from pool. Loved the backpack beach chairs and wine tumblers for sunset watching ! Our toddler loved the couch bed 😊

Clean and perfect location. Close enough to Tampa, Clearwater etc. very close to the beach.

We enjoyed our stay! Within walking distance to the beach! Also, centrally located in regards to Tampa, Clearwater and surrounding areas. Everything you need in a small living space. Clean and convenient!

Family Vacation

My wife and 2 daughters (6 & 8) stayed here for a couple days over spring break. Very clean place and great access to the beach. Kids slept on the pull out couch no problem, and the beach equipment supplied with the room was very helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location with a perfectly cute space

This condo had everything we needed. My husband and I stayed for the weekend but we already decided we could easily come back with our kids. Although the space is small, they made the most of the unit. It is clean and updated with room for a cot or two for the kids. We loved how close we were to the beach and several restaurants and bars. I would highly recommend this unit for anyone who plans to be outside most of the day, but has a comfortable place to relax at night.

Long weekend

My daughter and I stayed at this property for a long girls weekend. The property was clean and the location was perfect. We loved the area and cannot wait to return. John was responsive to my messages. Access tot the room and pool was very easy, walking distance to restaurants and only a few steps from the beach. We were very impressed!

Perfect beach getaway

This spot was perfect for our beach getaway! The condo was super clean & welcoming. Parking and check in were a breeze. The pool area is great & the condo is literally steps from the beach!! We loved that they provided beach chairs, umbrella, towels, cooler bag and a fun game to make a day at the beach even better. I would highly recommend this spot for a perfect St. Pete Beach vacation!!

Perfect getaway !

This was a mother-daughter get away. The unit is immaculate, a nicely-done renovation exactly as pictured. The location is perfect for beach access, paddle board rental, breakfast at Paradise Grille and close to all that St Pete Beach has to offer. Most impressive was the cleanliness and efficiency of this small unit with everything one needs for a bench get-away!

Perfect Location

An absolute joy staying here! As close as you can get to the beach access. Place comes with great beach accessories too, the beach wagon was clutch! Communication from property manager was excellent. Would definitely stay here again!
