- ¿Tienes un grupo? Tenemos espacios de estacionamiento para 6 🚗, ¡muy raro para propiedades junto a la playa!

Esta casa de playa funciona bien para familias de varias generaciones, grupos pequeños (escapada de novias), parejas que viajan juntas, niños de todas las edades y dueños de perros (todos los pisos de madera y baldosas, además de un patio cercado). El espacioso dormitorio principal cuenta con una cama queen y TV de pantalla plana. El segundo dormitorio es casi tan grande como el principal; Cuenta con una cama doble y TV de pantalla plana. El tercer dormitorio es una sala de literas con temas de surf para niños con una cama litera doble y un televisor inteligente de pantalla plana grande. El cuarto dormitorio cuenta con un sofá cama doble con cama nido doble. Un pack and play y trona está disponible para los más pequeños.
No te preocupes por traer o comprar ropa de playa. La casa está equipada con tablas de surf, juguetes de arena, sillas de playa, toallas de playa, un carrito de playa, etc. Solo traiga su propio Speedo y chanclas.
A diferencia de muchas propiedades junto a la playa, esta cuenta con un área de estacionamiento grande con espacio para seis autos, o un auto y autocaravana o bote.
Es agradable tener un automóvil para ver atracciones más hacia el interior, pero los huéspedes que no tienen automóvil pueden tomar el Suncoast Trolley de arriba abajo por las playas del condado de Pinellas, desde Clearwater Beach hasta St. Pete Beach. La parada está justo al lado de la casa. Indian Shores cuenta con senderos dedicados para caminar y carriles para bicicletas separados.
Hay un montón dentro de un radio de 2 millas: heladerías, minigolf Smugglers Cove, el santuario de aves marinas y muchos restaurantes excelentes. En coche, la casa está a 5 minutos de un Publix; Target y muchas otras tiendas se encuentran a 15 minutos en coche.

Excellent Gulf beach location

We enjoyed our stay at 3 Mermaids and a Crab over New Year's, especially its proximity to the beach and of course the wonderful heated pool. It was the perfect property for our multi-generational family vacation—highly recommended!

We had an amazing stay and would absolutely return. The house truly had everything we needed for a perfect beach vacation. It’s a quick 30-second walk to the beach, which was uncrowded and spacious—such a treat. The beach setup was fantastic: six chairs, beach towels, plenty of sand toys, and a wagon to easily haul everything down.The home was fully stocked for cooking, including a grill, and having a washer, dryer, and coffee maker made everything so convenient. The pool was a huge bonus and surprisingly warm—even with outside temps around 52 degrees, our kids happily swam every day. We also loved being within walking distance to DJ’s Clam Shack (best lobster roll we’ve ever had!).Steve was an outstanding host—when we unexpectedly ran out of toilet paper, he was there within 20 minutes to help us out, which we really appreciated.Our only very minor notes were that there wasn’t a towel hook right outside the shower door and there were no washcloths in the master bathroom, but these were small things in an otherwise perfect stay. Highly recommend this property for families or anyone looking for a relaxing, well-equipped beach getaway!

This property is great! The home is neat & cozy with plenty of room for all. We spent a good bit of time out by the pool and were just steps from the beach. It was a great place to get away from regular life for a bit!

Perfect family getaway

Location to activities, restaurants and beach were amazing. The kids loved the heated pool and we used it daily. Steve was a great host. We plan to come again next year!
