This newly remodeled and freshly refurnished luxury 1-bedroom second floor apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood less than 5 minutes from Madeira and Redington Gulf Beaches. The property features a cozy living room with a comfortable queen size sofa bed and smart tv. The fully equipped kitchen features Viking and Sub-zero appliances, Ninja coffeemaker with dual drip and pod brewing, stovetop espresso and teapot. The bedroom features a plush Sleep Number 360 split-king bed that you can adjust to your comfort preference, a 47in wall mount smart tv and walk-in closet with clothes hangers, iron and iron board. The spacious bathroom features a walk-in shower with 1 rainmaker showerhead and 1 adjustable/handheld showerhead, hair dryer and plenty of large fluffy bath towels and face cloths. Starlink wifi throughout. Dedicated outdoor grilling area. Secure parking area with private entrance and remote control gate access. EV charging station for your convenience (additional costs apply). This apartment is absolutely well designed very clean well crafted it most definitely checked every box and then some on our list. The host very polite, very helpful and telling us about the shops and restaurants in beaches in the area that are just minutes away like Madeira Beach Redington beach, John’s Pass and other sites to see Anything that we needed assistance with they were more than welcome to help us with and the little ice cream shop at the end of the street was phenomenal a 50s vibe that was a joy and the locals definitely love this place.Will most definitely, be back again next year hopefully it’s not booked at the timeframe that we came! We cannot thank you enough for your beautiful world design, quiet comfortable apartment.Thank you so much Jenny and I are looking forward to next year. This was a lovely property and an excellent value. CLEAN, QUITE, COMFORTABLE AND ATTRACTIVE. We have stayed at properties that were not as nice as this at twice the cost. The host was very nice and accommodating. Would definitely recommend and stay again.A
