Everything was as described! The condo, the scenery and the experience. The elevator to allow for access to your unit was a unique and fun touch. Everything was clean and well maintained. We had issues with the internet and there was a prompt response taking care of it. I would definitely stay there again and recommend others to stay, as well.

Super nice beachfront apartment

This is by far our best experience with a vacation home and the only one I will consider to return if I will have a future vacation in the area. Location is excellent. Inside is very clean. Kitchen utensils, furnitures, beach towels all are good quality, abundant quantities. Bedding was comfortable. Highly recommended.

Location is great, condo was amazing, views were phenomenal. Only issue is the noise from the condo above us. They had small kids and you could hear every move and toilet flush. Other than that it was a great experience.

Just what we needed

The pictures are accurate! Place was clean and had everything we needed. The beach is clean and not crowded. We picked this place because I grew up here and knew what was the best beach to go to. If we ever come back we will get this place. It didn"t disappoint! BTW We did have a couple of issues, but they answered my text right away and took care of it quickly.

Nice location and clean

We had a couple bumps during our stay (washer wasn’t working properly and maintenance being done on elevator so our balcony was being used without any communication). Property manager was good in communicating and owning the washer debacle. Way too much constant noise from the unit above us beds not comfortable and quirky lights. Location was very good. Overall, none of it was a huge deal except the constant noise from the unit above.

In need of operational instructions

Location was great, the lack of instructions to work the tv, washing machine and dryer operation would have helped, a lot.. one bedroom had no closet. Hooks on the bathrooms and bedrooms would have helped. Toaster only tosted on one side.

Family vacay

Condo was very nice. Could have used more than 5 bath towels. No kitchen towels or washcloths. Elevator only worked part of the time. That was hard after a knee surgery recently. Overall we would definitely stay again

2 weeks of Paradise!

This Condo was amazing for our 2 week stay! Exceptionally clean and comfortable! I’ve vacationed in this area for 38 years and this is one of my favorite rentals! The property manager is very responsive and the location is perfect! Well maintained property!

Overall good but if you plan to cook bring your stuff.

Condo was clean, view great, beach wonderful. Overall stay was positive but if you are a family that wants to cook I would recommend you bring your own tools as cookware was limited and not in good shape. Also, no (zero) standard kitchen items like seasoning, foil, dishwashing detergent, etc, all needed to be purchased. That was my only complaint.

Amazing location!!

This location is awesome!! The pool is a tad small But who needs it when the ocean is just a few steps away. The sunsets were beautiful. The condo had everyone one would need and more. Would definitely stay here again.

My family and I enjoyed our stay very much. The property and unit are well maintained and up to date. We contacted the property manager twice to ask questions and received prompt replies. Just the getaway we needed. Paradise!

Nice condo but needs some replacements

We enjoyed our stay but there are some things that should come automatically without asking. More towels, no big deal. Instruction on washer, dryer. Very small and it is not user friendly. There is a tray that accumulates water and maids do not empty so the machine shuts down and I guess your suppose to know? Also took a while to figure out T.V. again no instructions. Also the no curtain on the bathroom just some type of vinyl covering. I bet you didn’t realize people can see you take a shower from the other garage parking. At least some good outlines. Also no lock on the back door. Yes I realize that the elevator shouldn’t bring up just anyone, but it’s kind of disturbing to not have a lock on the patio door. Maybe that’s just me being paranoid. On the positive side. Good communication with the rental manager. House was lovely except for the spare bedroom closet that was turned into a T.V. Console. Had a very strong mildew smell! The view was not disappointing and everyone was super nice.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo. Not only is it as pictured on the website, the view of the beach and Gulf of Mexico cannot be beaten. The host Debra was extremely helpful and pleasant.

Fantastic view!

We had a wonderful time! Could not ask for a better location and view, it was perfect for beautiful sunsets. The condo itself was clean, convenient, and we loved the accomodations. Owner was super communicative and helpful. Would definitely recommend!
