Modern Condo Hotel Suite on the beach

This 7-person condo hotel suite is perfect for bringing the whole family together. There are 3 bedrooms, one with a Queen bed and in-room safe, the second with a Queen bed, and the third one with a Twin bed along with a comfortable full-sized sofa bed in the living room. This suite has 2 1/2 bathrooms. Some of these suites will have an indirect view of the Gulf of Mexico from the balcony and others of the street surrounding the building. Please note the smaller bedroom does not have a window. Our guests have exclusive access to our all-season pool and bar located on the fifth floor, a coffee lounge and a fitness center, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and beach towels, as part of the resort fee of $35 + tax included with your VRBO payment. The unit includes full-sized kitchen appliances, including a dishwasher, and is fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes, and flatware. Also included is a full-sized washer and dryer. Should you need additional soaps, towels, or other items or just need to know where to go for a good meal, our Reception Desk is staffed 24/7 for your convenience. Parking is available at the property (1 car per suite) a fee of $42.80 daily will apply. We are a pet-friendly resort; we allow 1 dog of max. 30lb or 2 dogs that equal the maximum weight. A pet fee of $85 + tax daily will apply at check-in. Qualified ADA service dogs are exempt from the Pet fee. We will authorize the balance due, plus parking or pet fees (if applicable) and a $200 incidental hold upon check in. Pack n Plays are available for $20/night + tax. Cancellation Policy: If the guest cancels 14 days before arrival before 4:00 pm or earlier, they will be given a 100% refund. If the guest cancels within 14 days before arrival, they will get no refund. We know that things happen. Flight cancellations, changes in plans, and illness (including COVID) within the cancellation period will not be grounds for a full refund. Therefore, we recommend that you purchase travel insurance to protect

They were very welcoming and helpful. We loved the location and all the amenities. Close to the beach. We used the beach chairs. They could use a update, but it was nice to have chairs at the beach. Very clean and lots of room. We would definitely like to stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff was always cleaning, the coffee bar was great, and access to beach toys was really convenient for our kids. We wished a step stool was available because our kids couldn’t reach any of the sinks to wash their hands. But all of the other amenities made up for it. We look forward to returning!

Amazing place and amazing location

Our stay at the Avalon was perfect. Our condo was very spacious and clean. Customer service was top notch and all staff were very friendly. They provide umbrellas, chairs and towels which are all in very good condition. Just steps away from the beach which was exactly what we wanted. Also walking distance to all the shops, restaurants and the Pier. Parking on site was a plus. I do feel the price of parking per day was a bit high for the price you pay for the condo. Should be lowered a bit. We will definitely be back. Thank you for a great stay!

Good customer service but it was not what we booked

It's a beautiful building and welcoming however the photos in the listing that we booked was not what we got. The front desk manager tried to talk around the issue like she didn't know and blamed it on VRBO. But I looked at every listing I knew what condos cost more and what to expect. It was clean but it was not what we paid for. They did refund us money per night to make up for the mistake and said it was VRBO who got the photos confused. We booked a deluxe suite and the complex had us as a standard.Not cool for the price.However it is within walking distance of restaurants and the beach. We had a great time just probably overpaid bc our view was of some solar panels on someone's roof not a side view of the ocean. We saw nothing of the ocean from our balcony-Also the pool is very small-The pictures are deceiving and the pool bar does not have a stocked bar-They couldn't even make us margaritas.Not sure what that was about?
