The AC couldn't keep up with the Florida heat, leaving the bedrooms and hot and evenn the common areas at 80 degrees in the afternoons, But that was minor compared to the ROACHES that were everywhere! We stayed one night and then abandoned our plans which left our kids disappointed and stressed. The owners responded that they would send help but never did. I have pictures of the roaches and the AC as proof, DO NOT STAY HERE

Started off by not being able to get in. Host was never able to get the code with my number to work so I finally used the cleaners code to get in. Upon checking the house, everything was filthy! Doors have inches of dirt and handprints, walls had hand and feet markings, kitchen had food/drink splatters everywhere, bottom of fridge had spilled drinks in drawer, NONE of the sheets on bed were clean. All had soo many black hairs covered with a comforter. The pool had gobs of black hair and glow sticks all over the bottom of the pool. Hot tub had a brown film and smelled horrible. One bedframe was literally broken. After contacting the host I was send photos of the beds made and told it’s been cleaned no worries. I was told the pool would be cleaned in 3 days don’t worry. The over was broken all the buttons were broke off and was unusable. Every time I messaged the host I was told “the team” would get back to me. Never heard from them. After the 2nd night we saw so many roaches! Not little one, huge full grown roaches. I made a complaint with Vrbo and spoke on a 3way to the host. Was told “the team” would contact me. After TWO DAYS the had Amazon drop off bug outside killer to spray around the outside of the house and raid for inside! Not kidding. I begged for a refund or a relocation but “the team” never found time to contact me. This place is a scam. The photos are staged and do not look anything like the actual house. It’s filthy.Dont stay here!
They are all over the kitchen and infested in the keurig. I had to remove the coffee maker from the house and keep it outside our entire stay
Yeah. Broken. Couldn’t even use it unless we stuck fingers in the electrical part
Left for us when we checked in. But the cleaners “cleaned everything”
After 8 mins of scooping the pool ourselves….. still couldn’t swim it was disgusting

The inside of the house was super cute & served the purpose for what we needed. Although there was a few issues. When we arrived the code to the door didn’t work so we was left standing outside in the heat with all of our luggage trying to get ahold of someone to help us get inside.The outside of the place could use some decorations. We wasn’t even sure we was at the right place as it looked like an empty home - grass was high, and not one decoration outside. The hot tub buttons are all broke so you can’t see what you’re clicking. it wasn’t hot the first night so we had to try to figure out how to get it hot - due to the buttons being basically gone. The air conditioner wasn’t keeping the place cool. We would leave for the beach and come back and it would be 80 degrees in the house with all doors and windows shut! And lastly… Roaches. We had seen several bugs but just thought they was maybe water bugs. until we went to make a cup of coffee and they was alll over the Keurig machine. and we was able to do an image search to be 100% sure it was German Cockroaches. then we started noticing them throughout the house. i contacted the host but unfortunately never received a final answer. so with these inconveniences- i rate it a 3/5 because ultimately it served its purpose, but definitely some work needs done.

Great place for big groups

My family and I had a great time in this house. It has a well distributed layout making suitable for big groups. It is an older house but the decor was really cute and modern. The backyard space was our favorite. It has a really nice pool, hot tub and grill! It was also equipped with the essentials items we needed including a bunch of beach towels. The host was also very attentive and the check in and out process was super easy. Definitely recommend it!

Nice and quiet

Nice and quiet neighborhood away from the hustle bustle but close enough for a short drive to multiple beaches. The heated pool and hot tub was a welcomed blessing and was used frequently. Did have some issues but was communicated to VRBO with quick reaponcws.

60th Celebration!

Booking through third party is never fun, but the place is worth the hassle! Outdoor area was perfect for the two days we spent there. Bedrooms are fun and aesthetically pleasing, beds are firm. Kitchen is small but room enough for one to get it done. Coffee area was advertised as being magnificent but lacking supplies, bring your own. Overall, I would book again for a similar rate. Fun place for large families with children.

Terrible Host

I’ve stayed in many vacation rentals, and while not every one has been perfect, I’ve never felt compelled to leave a strongly negative review—until now. We booked this rental specifically for the advertised pool and hot tub. While the pool was usable, the hot tub was not —empty, filthy, and covered in algae. When the pool service came by during our stay, they confirmed that the hot tub had been in this state for quite some time.We were there for 5 days. I reached out every day regarding the hot tub and was repeatedly told to “be patient” and that someone would contact me soon. No one ever did. Calls and texts went unanswered, or were routed to an answering service or an AI bot. On our last night, I finally received a call from someone with their “service team,” though still not a decision-maker. They sent a tech out at 8pm to “fix” the hot tub. After working on it for an hour, he told us not to use it and said he’d return in the morning. He never did.As a gesture to allow us to finally enjoy the hot tub, the service rep offered an additional night at no charge. We accepted, changed our travel plans—and then, two hours later, he called back to say it wasn’t actually free, just a 30% discount. However, he would personally cover the rest if I agreed to leave a 5-star review. I again requested a call from someone in charge and a reasonable resolution. I never got either.To top it off, there were roaches everywhere. I even sent pictures, yet still no response from the host.

Family Fun

Great space for family time with little ones. The pool and fenced in yard provide entertainment for all. Pool table and bunk room was amazing ! Towels ,soaps, toilet paper and paper towels were plenty. The communication was efficient and response time prompt . I would rent again.

Great stay for my daughter’s wedding party

We decided to book this property to serve the dual purpose of a pre-wedding and after-party space for several twenty-something guests of my daughter’s wedding, which was held at The Bayou Club in Largo. It was a perfect place with all the bells-and-whistles, wide open area for guests to visit, grill, pool table, pool, and separate bedrooms.

Good for what we needed!

I stayed there with a small group of friends after having a long day at the beach to really chill and sleep before driving back home. It was a nice 15ish minute drive from the beach. This was through another company ( not just someone’s rental house ) so they had an $800 deposit, which was unexpected but it does come back. Now, getting into the neighborhood while it was dark seemed slightly sketch as the car next door had holes in its car and overall wasn’t the nicest neighborhood. The neighbors ended up never being an issue at all. The first impression of the house was amazing. Really cool LED lights, cute aesthetic everywhere, and overall clean. It was perfect for what we needed to just chill, lots of beds, hot water, nice hot tub ( we didn’t use the pool). I did feel like the house itself was a little run down, again they decorated amazing and comfortable, there was a dead month on the feeling when we walked in, small cracks in the bathroom interior, but overall really cool place to hang out after the beach.

AMAZING Experience!!

This INCREDIBLE beachside retreat was pure paradise! The bedrooms were spacious, and the kids LOVED the bunk beds. What blew my mind was the outdoor setup – a heated pool, hot tub, and this jaw-dropping outdoor kitchen! Sunset dinners were unreal. Everything was top-notch, and the beach was a stone's throw away. The whole stay was a dream – beach vibes and unforgettable nights in the hot tub.
