We stayed at this beach house recently and had a mixed experience. On the plus side, the location is fantastic — close to the beach and perfect for a fun getaway. The amenities are definitely the highlight of the property. The pool and hot tub were great, the pool table added a lot of entertainment, and the large TV in the main living area made it a fun place to hang out. The kitchen was excellent — very well equipped and spacious, making it easy to cook meals for a group. That said, the home feels much more like a party house than a family-friendly retreat. The furniture is pretty worn and could really use a refresh. The couch and rug in the living area were heavily used, and the bedroom furniture was very basic and felt inexpensive. Linens were worn and the pillows weren’t very comfortable. We also ran into some inconvenience with missing remotes — there are five TVs in the house but only three remotes available, and some fan remotes were missing as well.Overall, if you’re a group of college friends looking for a fun place near the beach with great hangout amenities, this house could be a good fit. For families or guests looking for a more updated and comfortable interior, it may not meet expectations without some updates.
