We enjoyed our stay . There are couple of things I'd improve. The room unfortunately looks out to a wall, can't do anything about that, I understand, I would like to have known ahead of time. Our room smelled of mold and a broken dehumidifier was in the room. Pool very nice but not heated . The place is in a good area of town. It's not a bad place just somewhere I don't want to go back to

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Excellent. Just that at my age & current condition, the steps were a bit much, tub too slippery & toilet too close to a wall while using. Also, we could have used a comfortable chair.

Suite 4

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The bldg is in a great location, very nice room inside but the walls are super thin. On our last night, we were up until 5:00 am due to the extremely loud music and chatter going on in room 5. This overall ruined our stay here bc they said they had a strict noise ordinance and no parties after 10pm, but those ppl were very inconsiderate. They got back around midnight and partied until the sun came up. Believe me I like to have a good party but not to upset other guest and ruin their night. I even went outside to locate them and couldn’t find them anywhere in the common area, so I assume they were inside their room which ours backs up to room 5. Terrible experience here, we had to get up and leave the next morning at 6am

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was great. There needs to be greater transparency in the pricing. The price on the website was much lower than the actual price. The fees are too high and should be stated in the initial price.
