We spent a week in this beautiful condo. It was spotless when we arrived. A/c worked great. Ceiling fans in all the rooms with remotes. Roku TVs were easy to use with our streaming devices. The kitchen had everything we needed. The natural bug spray was helpful when the love bugs decided to swarm the balcony. ;) Also appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella being provided. The reserved parking spot was great. We highly recommend!!

Gorgeous place. Ver modern. Very clean. Beds were very comfortable. I loved having a pool and hot tub on site and 1 minute walk to the beach. Host provided beach chairs, cooler and umbrella which for a family of 4 saves you 60 a day. You do have the option to rent beach chairs and umbrellas at the ocean. Beach chairs and umbrella are provided at pool. Premium Towels also provided by host to bring to beach. We had everything we needed for our stay making it very convenient and relaxing. Amazing sunsets on rooftop bar area of property. Bar on site to purchase food and drinks. Music played at the pool for instant vacation vibes. Absolutely loved this place and looking forward to going back. Also Dunkin’s within walking distant but we rented a car since you get an assigned parking spot with your stay and got coffee over the bridge at llama Java. Delicious anyone who stays check it out. There is lots to do when you’re there. There’s books provided by host if you’re looking to read a book and just relax. Absolutely stunning views from your balcony also. Highly recommended. Thanks Molly for being so receptive and responding so quick when we had questions.

The condo was great! We loved our stay. We had a great view of the beach and amazing sunsets. The amenities were great. Nice heated pool and hot tub plus a bar that overlooked the pool and beach. The staff were wonderful. The condo had everything we needed and more. They had beach chairs, umbrella and cooler to use on the beach plus beach towels. The host is great. She responded quickly to any questions we had. They had some snacks and refreshments for us when we arrived. An assgned covered parking spot right by the elevators.

The location was fantastic. The four beach chairs and umbrella were a great touch and made our beach days easy and enjoyable. The pool was amazing, and the condo bar was nice with reasonably priced drinks. The staff was very friendly and welcoming.

The place was excellent. All the little things we needed, beach chairs, sun shield, etc were there and in great condition. We had a little issue on our first day, but Molly had that resolved in about 15 minutes. Really appreciate her. We would gladly book again when we are in town.

The condo was exceptional and the amenities.. beach chair and umbrella were great for the beach. Condo is conveniently located in Treasure Island and close to retail, restaurants and beach access. The host made it easy for check in and the added treats were a plus. Look forward to coming back!!!

The view was amazing! As soon as you walk in, that’s what you see straight ahead. Beach chairs and umbrella came in handy- the pool also has communal items available for your use which was a nice surprise. We enjoyed having the dining table on the balcony, had breakfast out there every morning. Sunsets are best on the rooftop deck, 360 views! The Ocean Club Bar is located on the 2nd floor- you can access the pool from this area as well. There are TVs there and also Jenga, we enjoyed playing this as a family. The Ocean Bar serves food, but it’s a limited menu with few options. This did not bother us as we purchased food for the week and went out a couple of times to local restaurants. As for our stay- overall everything was very clean and nice. We weren’t fans of the master bedroom mattress, it has a memory foam topper on it but still didn’t seem as comfortable as expected. Our son stayed in the second bedroom in the middle of the condo- his room felt much cooler than ours and had a comfortable bed. The master bedroom is located at the front of the condo and seemed to feel warmer throughout the night compared to the second bedroom. The ceiling fan helped. There are no dressers for clothes, just hanging space in closets. Plenty of kitchen supplies! The walk to the beach was further than expected but not terrible. Beach is not busy- quieter area than St Pete/Madeira. Owner responds quickly and was accommodating to our needs! Thank you Molly :)
