Heated pool was nice. House wasn't exactly the cleanest- there was a bandaid in the shower, crumbs (and a finger nail) on the floorcouches, and the couches were well loved with stains. Very thankful the house had a space heater with the 37 degree weather. Host was great to communicate with and very accommodating. Kitchen was nice, everything provided, including for kids. Having the pack and play there was convenient. House has everything you need for your stay. The only thing that isn't mentioned is that there is an airport near by and planes are constantly going overhead. A lot of sirens also, which made me a little nervous.

We (2 adults and 2 children) stayed in this wonderful apartment for two weeks. The location is almost perfect for trips to Clearwater Beach, Honeymoon Island, and even Tampa. Everything we needed for our vacation, including towels, beach items, and pool toys, was available and in good condition. The pool has a great size and was used daily. Our children loved the apartment, and if we ever vacation in Clearwater again, we'll definitely stay there. Communication and the process with Vito were also always smooth and friendly.

Wonderful vacation!

This property was perfect for us...beach was just minutes away...short drive to waterparks, amusement parks, downtown. The home was just the right size for the 4 of us. The whole family enjoyed the heated pool for hours, too...swam and played well into the night. The place was clean, well stocked and in a quiet neighborhood. We really enjoyed our stay, and would recommend this property to any family looking for a relaxing vacation. We would even consider coming back to stay here, if we're coming back to the Tampa area.

Beautiful getaway!

This was our first time in Clearwater & we picked the best house to stay in. Vito was extremely accommodating & the house could not have been more perfect for my family. Our daughters shared the kids room & it was more than spacious for them. The pool was amazing & having pool AND beach supplies at our fingertips was the icing on the cake. The house was clean & the kitchen was well stocked. We will definitely be back & hoping to book this same house next year!

Spacious with a great patio and pool and fantastic owners

The 3 of us adults really enjoyed the stay for a week - Feb 15 to 22, 2025. Code for the door made it easy. Had everything I needed. WiFi worked well for work-from-home. Plenty of towels and stocked supplies. Everything was functionally working and better than typical accommodations. Place was 2 miles from Edgewater Drive Park. I ran and walked there several times. Not far from downtown Dunedin shops and restaurants. Owner was very courteous, friendly and responsive. Pool and yard service comes each week. Single car garage that you can leave things in. No parking in it, but I was able to store my kayak, bike and other gear. Driveway easily fits two typical cars. Loved having a washer and dryer. Pool temp was mid to upper 80s which was perfect, even on a cooler day. Nice big dining table. I'd absolutely stay again. Clearwater itself is a very pretty beach. Day visits to surrounding cities and beaches is fun for exploring. Short drive to lots of places to eat and shop. Very good value and lots of room to move around store extra luggage or things you brought.

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay! The location was great—close to the beach yet perfect for exploring Clearwater beyond the shore. The updated home is well-suited for families, friends, or any group, and the pool is a fantastic bonus.

Neighborhood Gem

This was one of the best rentals we've ever stayed in! Beautiful, spacious home with tons of ammenities for our family (pool floats, pack and play, walker, even sippy cups!). The kitchen was fully stocked with all things needed for cooking including spices, oil, etc. 10/10 recommend!! We will be back!

Wonderful stay

This house was perfect for our family vacation. It was a short drive to the beach and near many restaurants and grocery stores. It had everything we needed and was super clean. The host was extremely responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable & Sweet Clearwater Home

My family stayed at this house for Christmas on our trip down to Clearwater from NC. It was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. It was conveniently located and we loved walking around the little neighborhood. The only thing I wish was that the pool had been under an actual roof so we could enjoy it when it rained (which was a good bit on our trip). In the photos it looks like that's glass on the roof not screens and it didn't say in the write up so we didn't know that in advance. But, other than that highly recommend this house and we would come back!!

Quaint getaway with pool

The house had everthing one would need for vacation....right down to the pool/beach accessories. Large amount of beach towels as well....greatly appreciated. Fantastic location to commute to all the different area beaches. Pool was heated and lovely. Very quiet neighborhood, would definitely visit again if staying in the area.

House was fine but pantry was locked and cuboards were full and no place to put our food . ok for a few days but for 2 months.need more room. also not mop or vacume cleaner. Location was good nice area.

Clean house on quiet street

The property was clean and good space. Loved the outdoor enclosed patio seating. Shedding of trees above pool caging caused pool to have floaters. Host was very responsive. Easily settled in.

Great summer vacation house

House was spacious and clean. All the necessary utencils/pots/pans were present. Heated pool area is covered with netting and it prevents insects from coming in. Our family had great time there. They also had pack and play, beach toys, beach chairs you can borrow.

Fantastic spot with everything you might need

The place was great for our family visiting in early January. The house had enough space for my husband and I and our two young children and a well appointed kitchen for us to cook all of our meals. The pool was great and really nice to have heat so that we could swim regardless of the weather.

Lovely villa

Great villa well placed for visiting Clearwater Dunedin Tarpon Springs And gulf beaches. Great communication with Vito and his local manager Kristina who responded very quickly when we had a problem with the refrigerator. Was sorted quickly. Couldn't have asked for a more helpful friendly lady.

Family Vacation

This property was absolutely perfect & beautiful for us as a family. The owner was courteous & provided us with great information prior to our stay.
