The location is fantastic and very walkable to beach and fun. The entrance to the unit really needs a freshen up, carpet , door peeling, paint …. The unit has a comfy king room, twins are single layer mattress roll- away beds and other sleeping area is a couch bed. Unit could use a good deep clean! Bring your own beach towel.

Great location

Located in a great area....right off the beach and walking distance to many restaurants. Nice unit although the floor needed a good cleaning because it was sandy and the twin beds in the second bedroom left a lot to be desired. Great kitchen and bathroom as well as main bedroom. Overall pretty good.

Great location, not a great apartment

- [ ] Cheap thin toilet paper - [ ] Even the tank on the toilet was loose, I was concerned it was going to leak - [ ] Even though it’s a no smoking unit it Smelled like smoke - [ ] Dirty floors - our feet were black from walking in and to the bedroom - [ ] Thin and uncomfortable mattresses - [ ] Thin blankets - possibly purchased from goodwill in the 90s - [ ] Lid on trash was broken - [ ] Could not find cleaning supplies, particularly a - [ ] Cheap and dull cutlery. One of the reasons I wanted a kitchen is to cook. I could hardly cut vegetables or meat with the floppy dull knives. - [ ] Internet went out a couple times, could not reboot the modem or router to reconnect. Called maintenance and they must’ve reset it because it started working again ok after a couple hours. - [ ] Oven at 375 started smoking, had to open windows and door to air it out. - [ ] No Tupperware for food storage for leftovers - [ ] Only two garbage bags supplies for 4 days - [ ] Random long black hairs found in apartment

Great place for family of 4!

This was a perfect location for us with two teenagers ! It is a short walk to St Pete Beach and surrounding stores .. esp Dunkin’ Donuts and ice cream. It is not like seating in the local hotels .. but they are all right there! No elevators though , so be sure to get first floor if you cannot do stairs .. I highly recommend this Condo . Thanks for having us!

Great location

This was the perfect location for our family’s vacation! Heated pool was so nice. Steps from Upham beach and lots of restaurants nearby. Just a short walk to Corey avenue with lots of shops and the Sunday market was awesome! The condo had everything we needed for our family. Updated appliances were nice. King bed was comfortable. Only suggestions would be sharper kitchen knives (we struggled to cut veggies), better cups and wine glasses (these have seen better days), and a pasta strainer. Also while the daybed in the living room may be useful for extra sleeping quarters, it isn’t very comfortable to sit on as a couch… I’d suggest maybe a pull-out couch down the road. Really a nice area, management are very friendly and helpful! We really enjoyed our stay!

Great location but condo subpar

The location of this condo is absolutely perfect. Less than one black to the pool and the beach. Walking distance to many restaurants. Many things not attractive about this condo. They have updated the kitchen and bathroom but the rest of the condo is fairly outdated. The couch is actually a bed and it is too deep to sit on even with the few pillows they have for the back rest. The daybed and trundle bed in the spare bedroom are very uncomfortable. Not sure why they don’t just put two twin beds or a full-size bed in there. The floor in the condo seemed Sandy when we arrived. By the end of the night everyone’s feet were black from walking on the floor. We took a paper towel and wiped the floor and that came back full of crumbs and dirt. Crumbs and food under the snack bar cabinet as well. Difficult or unable to get Wi-Fi in the condo unit. Bedroom TV did not work, probably because no Wi-Fi in there. I just felt it was overpriced for what you got.

The property was dated in the living room and main bedroom. Bathroom and kitchen were nicely updated. There were sheets of plastic on the counters tops that were odd and moved. Other guests used the area and table outside our unit for a smoking area. The living room and main bedroom did not have blinds or shades for privacy. The windows were easily assessable from the common “garden” area outside on the rooftop.

Location was only positive

Very disappointed with the lack of cleanliness that we walked into. The floors had visible debris on them and we had to sweep them upon arrival. The dust pan had dried up dog crap or vomit on it that created a horrible odor. All of the bed linens were horribly worn and had visible stains , skin flakes and hair on them, including the top comforter on the king bed and the top cover for the other bed was not usable as well. Also there was a bag of dirty linens in closet and some of the extra bed sheets on the shelf appeared to be dirty as well. It seemed like our unit was not cleaned after previous guest and before our arrival. The location and proximity to the beach and other businesses was the only positive.

Great Location, short on amenities

The location was absolutely perfect. the Beach is across the parking lot and many restaurants within a 1 mile radius. The condo was clean and inviting. There were just a few little things that were unexpected. The internet connection was very weak to non-existent and there were minimal supplies for a week stay (1 hotel size bar of soap, 1 extra trash bag and 1 extra roll of tp). Overall, it was a good place to stay in St Pete Beach.

Great Beach location

We were very comfortable staying there but it was noisy from the upstairs apartment. The floor was very sqeeky when they walked and dropped things. Parking was not great for 2 cars only 1 parking pass for 1 condo.

The internet was the only negative of the whole trip. We couldn't get it to be strong enough to stream any shows (which would have been nice for the kids in the mornings). it would cut in and out throughout the day and we could never get it on our phones in the evenings. We were very pleased with our stay. The apartment was just what we expected. Out the front door was a roof patio that our kids enjoyed as an extra place to play. There were even more beds than described. The beach (which is why we booked here) was pleasantly close. The pool was also a great break from the beach. The laundry facilities were busy in the morning because all the housekeepers were using them as well. Get the app to pay for laundry- we could never get our cards to work.

Great location!

The location of this unit is excellent - cross one street to the beach, lots of restaurants within walking distance and a great beach cafe. The condo was nice - upgraded bathroom and kitchen. I rated it overall a 3 because based upon my experience at other VRBOs - more upgrades are needed. The futon in the living area is not conducive to sitting - a lot more pillows are needed to support your back. The bottom of EVERY Pan (frying and regular) was blackened and burnt. All new pots and pans are needed. No amount of scrubbing on my part could get it off. ALL OF THE PLATES AND CUPS are plastic - not melamine, but plastic. I just wanted a regular glass to drink out of - not plastic. IF these issues are addressed - this is a great place to stay.

Girls getaway "KAMP 2021"

This was a very nice condo. There were 4 girls that stayed. We arrived an hour early, and they let us do an early check-in. Glad because we needed showers after a 17hr drive. Beds were comfortable. Overall there was plenty of room, we enjoyed the pool in the evening. We are all had a fabulous time. Just steps away from the beach. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants and entertainment. We traveled to John's Pass and enjoyed one day there. We will be back.

The pictures made this property look new. It was dirty and the bath tub jets didn’t even work. *There were not needed essentials for staying at this property* The property pool is way to small for all the condos there

Nice apartment, in a great location.

Renting through the property management company was fine. The only issue we had was that the WiFi did not work during our stay. Other than that it was a nice apartment at a great location and a good price.
