Everything was perfect. The manager was very nice and friendly and helped with everything I needed. House was clean and anything I needed was there. I just wish the yard was a little more lighted at night for my small dogs. Price was great also. I couldn't be happier.

Perfect!

My teenage daughter and myself are just back from a 5-night stay at this property. The hosts answered all questions in a quick manner. All that we could need was furnished. The decorations are the most up-to-date that I’ve ever had at a vacation rental. Aesthetic and modern. The property is clean and comfortable. New appliances. Outdoor seating is clean and comfy as well. I enjoyed throwing a small raft in the hot tub on a couple of afternoons to catch a little extra sun. It was perfect!The a/c will keep you nice and cool. There are ceiling fans in all rooms. I did have to purchase a fan at Wal-Mart…. Because that’s the only way I can sleep. Wal-Mart, Publix, Winn Dixie, Dollar General and gas stations are all near by. I would suggest having your own mode of transportation. My daughter and I rented a car at the airport. We would drive to St Pete Beach area everyday for some beach time, shopping, and meals. I would stay here again in a heart beat!

Great property in Gulfport

The property was all it promised to be and more. Clean, spacious, with all the amenities promised. Location was in a nice neighborhood that provided easy access to beach, shopping, and highways to get to other communities. Management was very responsive both before and during the visit. Highly recommend The Florida Nest and this property.

Relaxing Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay! It was more space than we expected and it had everything we needed + more. The furniture was comfortable, the place was very clean, and the hot tub and gaming room was a fun addition! It was the perfect commuting distance to Gulfport to enjoy 4th of July firework celebration. Thank you for being a great host!
