Terrible experience. Dirty room.

We have requested a refund because the room was dirty. Cockroaches behind the toilet and in the stairwell. Bowl of cereal (not ours) in the microwave. Dirty carpet. Comforter was a thin as a sheet. We left immediately and found another hotel. We have not heard from hotels.com about our request for a refund even though we were told we would hear back in 24 hours

It wasn’t a bad stay but it could’ve been cleaner… both beds had hair and one of the comforters had a stain on it… the bathtub had areas on the outside corners that were caked with probably dirt and dust over time. I probably would only re-book if it were my last resort.

It was clean but very dated. Bathroom had no vanity or shelf. Carpet was stained. Our key had to de reprogammed every day of our stay. The staff, although ok, never apologized, joked or acknowledged that this was an ongoing issue. Microwaved breakfast was not pleasing to even look at. No pastry bagels, muffins. It was not pricy, good location but we will not stay there again. Needs updating!

Good location, however, hotel needs a significant revamp. The AC in the room was extremely noisy and rattled. The shower was continuously dripping and could not be stopped. There was an iron but no ironing board. We had a pull out couch with no sheets or pillows. Mini fridge was okay but could use a defrost. Microwave in room. Good space in room but needed a deep clean. Under furniture was very dirty and you could see food, trash, etc. breakfast was good each day. Hotel staff was very nice and attentive when you needed something.

The hotel messed up our reservation and then we had to make up our own bed! And the sheets we were given were extremely thin and didn't actually fit the bed. Due to a flight delay, we arrived very late in the evening and the front desk was of no help. However, with Expedia's help everything was straightened out the next day.

Awful, awful, awful. Please don’t waste your money and go elsewhere. They did not have available bedding for the fold out bed, and when we inquired about a blanket for my son, we were told “no” and told to have him cover up with a top sheet. After pushing for a blanket, they gave us a mattress pad. Worst hotel experience I have ever had. These people should not be running a hotel as they know nothing about hospitality. Also, cleaning the hotel rooms is obviously not their priority. Hair was all over the bathroom! Also- pretty run down for a $200 a night hotel. Upon requesting a refund, we were once again told “no” and told us to contact Expedia. Unfortunately Expedia was not able to get a refund either, since these people apparently think they’re running a Ritz Carlton. Please, please, please don’t give these people a dime and spend your money elsewhere. Unfortunately for us it’s too late, and our Florida vacation started off on this sour note.

beware this place is a scam! was presented with a $300 deposit fee that wasn’t told to me in hotel.com, they never had a property manager at the hotel and they denied me for a refund when i never stayed there
