This property was absolutely perfect. The view from the balcony (and even from the living room couch!) was amazing. The ocean is literally at your feet and the condo was very well cared for. Felt like home, very comfy beds, spacious and well appointed overall. And the private elevator was really convenient and cool. Karen is a very engaged and responsive host too. Great location, walkable to several restaurants, a small market, and a coffee place among others . And the pristine beach where you can walk forever. Oh, and the sunsets were simply spectacular. Our stay could not have been any better. And we’re already planning to come back. If this VRBO is on your list, book it, no need to look further.

We found the condo to be very clean, comfortable, and exactly as the photos/reviews had described! The kitchen and the beach equipment closet were well stocked. The pool was refreshing and the beach just steps away! Best of all, Karen was a gracious and responsive host. We are already planning a return trip!

The condo and amenities were excellent. Karen is an exceptional hostess! She checked up on us throughout the trip to see if we needed anything or had questions. She is a great communicator as well. Would recommend everyone to stay here! 10/10!!

We loved our 4 night stay here. The condo is cozy and very well stocked with everything you need to feel at home. The beds were very comfortable. Located close to local favorite restaurants and shopping made for more beach time daily. Karen is an amazing host! She will take care you as a guest. Im looking forward to a return visit!

Beautiful updated condo. The balcony over looking the beach and watching the sunset every night was absolutely the cherry on top. And the private elevator - game changer. Private beach. Seriously just perfect. Will be back!!

We loved this condo! It was clean and beautifully decorated with an excellent location and view of the beach. The elevator to our balcony was awesome, and it was so nice having the storage area with beach chairs and umbrellas. The condo also has beach towels so you don’t have to pack them. Karen was a great host with excellent communication!

Great for our family

We had a great time in this condo. It was so nice to have all the beach gear on the first floor and then just hop in the elevator straight to the balcony. Never had that before, and I think my kids are spoiled for future vacations. Great location-walked to get ice cream, plenty of eating spots at walking distance. Clean, comfortable and spacious for us (5). My son used the sofa bed and was very happy as he had the best view every morning. Would definitely consider if I visit this area again. Karen was very responsive to messages from the get-go. Thank you so much!

Outstanding condo and location

From booking, confirmation, check in instructions, and the welcome package from Property owners was outstanding. The Owner, Karen, even contacted us after we were at the condo for a couple of days to make sure if we needed or anything they could do for us. The condo exceeded our expectations. It was clean, well maintained, perfect interior lay out and location was fantastic, great view of the sunsets from balcony. The condo is right on the beach and pool. Couldn’t have had a better location.One added feature was the elevator from the garage to your balcony. This was fantastic. Never had to wait for elevator. Bringing luggage and groceries in was so convenient. Made moving out a breeze too.We have stayed in this area several times at some real nice condos. This by far is our favorite.In addition, Karen could not have been more accommodating to our family. We could really tell that they cared if the condo met our expectations and wanted us to have a great vacation.We definitely will rent this condo, if available, on our next trip to Indian Rocks.Thank-you Karen

Perfect place to relax

We LOVED this place in IRB! Beautifully and simply decorated, everything we needed, and the location was great. Very quiet community with easy access to beach, walkable restaurants, and perfect for our first vacation with our one year old. Can’t wait to come back. Karen was wonderful with communication and suggestions for local flare. Highly recommend this VRBO.

Granddaughters Beach trip

AMAZING from booking to check out. The hosts were great, communication was great! As Mary Poppins would say, the place was “Spit Spot” great amenities in the condo, beach toys, pool…I have stayed at others in the area and this is my favorite! Amazing view and location!

We’ve stayed at a few properties in Island Rocks but this was my favorite. The view from the condo I was spectacular! My family liked that it was in walking distance to many restaurants. The condo itself was very clean and well stocked. The elevator was a nice bonus! The owners were easy to reach as well. We will definitely stay here again!

The most amazing vacation. Everything we needed and more, the condo is well equipped with everyday and beach supplies, the beds are incredible, the location fantastic. No need for car, all fantastic eats are located close enough to walk or trolley. The balcony is perfect for evening drinks while watching the most gorgeous sunsets and dolphin spotting in AM with your coffee. My only advice is to get up early enough to stake your claim on the beach with chairs/umbrellas. The elevator is a major bonus. Karen, thank you for sharing and your quick responsiveness.
