Luxurious efficiency

The Boyce Suite was exactly like the pictures. A Classy efficiency. Enough coffee and cream was provided to last my entire stay. Mandy and Chad were super responsive and want to ensure their guests have an enjoyable stay. I couldn’t get the TV to work and Chad ran over immediately and fixed it on Friday night. The location is perfect, 2 blocks from all the yummy food and super close to Vinnoy park and the pier. I had no problem getting my steps in and enjoying gorgeous walks each day! I will definitely stay there again.

Such a charming suite settled in a historic neighborhood, This carriage house conversion had all the comforts needed had a fabulous stroll admiring all the architecture and we were able to walk to the pier and restaurants and our concert venue.. We will definitely be rebooking in the future.. Donna and Bob

Perfect location for all DSP has to offer

Quaint little carriage house located at the foot of Old Northeast neighborhood. Was able to walk to numerous restaurants on Beach Drive as well as the Tiki Bar at the Pier and cocktails on the Veranda at the Vinoy. Don't expect any form of breakfast but there is a Kahwa Coffee shop about a block away. Would book again.

Early Spring Florida Getaway

The Boyce Suite at ONE Inn was absolutely perfect for our early Spring getaway. The location couldn't be better. Close to Downtown, all restaurants, the St. Pete Pier and waterfront. The Suite was spotless and had everything we needed for the long weekend. We'll definitely be back!
