The host was communicative and thorough, check-in process was easy, the apartment was beautiful, the beds and sheets were sooooo comfortable, very nice neighborhood with stores and amenities nearby. The apartment was priced just right (no exorbitant cleaning fees).
The host really put alot of thought in the esthetics of the unit. But from one rental host to another, you have to re-train your cleaners or hire new ones. There was hair EVERYWHERE; pubic hair on the toilet seat (in the master bathroom), hair around the toilet (in the guest bathroom), hair in the shower (in master bathroom), hair on the floor (in both bathrooms), hair in the dryer (and I did not open the dryer vent, the DRYER itself had hair everywhere). Dirty faucet handles (as in, they are only cleaning what you can see, once the handle is turned, you're literally touching dirt), dried stains on the floor, dried cup stains on a side table.
Housekeeping must do a better job.
