Perfect Beach Condo

Perfect beach condo for a mother/daughter get away. The condo had the best view, was so clean, well stocked, great and convenient location, nice working A/C and loved the comfy beds. Will be booking again.

Relaxing Get A Way

This condo was off the beaten path of Clearwater. It was very quiet and we had the whole beach and ocean pretty much to our selves. The condo had everything we needed for the week and grocery stores were not far away. There is a good restaurant across the road or if you enjoy a little walk there were restaurants around a mile away. We had a very relaxing and much needed week away with the girls

Great Location, Beautiful Beach, Nice Condo

Very nice condo, everything was as described, and the location was Wonderful. Very short walk to the ocean, the balcony had an Amazing view of the beach and Wonderful sunsets. The washer and dryer are loud, and the 3rd bedroom at the front door was Always hot, and i would say aqiduate for 2 small children or 1 teenager there is not a dresser or closet in there (she used the 2nd closet in the master) They did have fans in each room 2 of them didn't work when we got there, but new ones were provided quickly. The beds were a little firm for our liking, but overall comfortable. Liked the door lock being a code so we didnt have to keep up with a key. Went an Amazing fishing charter with "Simply Hooked Fishing Charter". Will definitely stay again. Actually looking at dates now to book again.

Beautifully remodeled condo right on the water

This is the only time I’ve gone to a VRBO when the unit was nicer than the pictures, they have done a lot of updating since these pictures. We had a fabulous time. The kitchen is well stocked, the beds are comfortable. Great location across the street from a restaurant The couches were comfortable, and we had an amazing stay thank you for sharing your house with us.

Fantastic

Condo was even better than the pics shown on the web. Kitchen fully loaded, beds very comfy, Living Room TV was updated to a large screen, and some of the furniture also updated. All in all, super nice! I'd definitely book this unit again.

Fall Rejuvenation

Nice property, condo was clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. Very nice balcony to sit and take in the beautiful gulf. I also appreciated the security code to get into the room. It was nice not having to keep up with a card or key.

We were there during the hurricane I would like more communication from our property manager, and the building manager . We had a fabulous time. Everything was there that we needed. We would definitely go again.

Nice vacation but condo could use a good cleaning and some maintenance.

This was an enjoyable family vacation but was disappointed with our condo. Could use a good cleaning, fresh paint and needs some maintenance. There is an outside door from the second bedroom and it needs a deadbolt lock. The sliding door off the main bedroom does not lock. When my daughter turned down her bed in the small bedroom, there was a hair in the bed and could not use it the first night. We stripped the bed and washed the sheets the next day. The mattress was dirty and stained also. Some of the pillows looked terrible and need replacing. We love this area but definitely will not pick this condo again.

Unit was as described but not

Unit was clean but in need of a good deep cleaning. Two front door need repairs or replaced. Leaks and cracks let noises n light in. No security issues they locked fine. New a/c senors need to be installed better, kept tripping even with the doors n windows locked. With the 20 mins reset time it hard to stay cool and kept the unit pretty hot. Very nice place and enjoyable visit overall

Great potential

Stayed for 4 weeks starting on Jan 7th, 2023. Many positives: Reno’s in kitchen, bathrooms,floors throughout, patio doors to balcony. Negatives: entry door not secure(?), interior needs a good paint job, bed in master creaking View from spacious balcony : priceless

Florida fun

We had a great time in Florida. The room was perfect for our family of 5. The beach views, location, and access were perfect. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The location for activities we had planned was perfect. We were able to adjust our reservation after the Southwest airlines Christmas mess.

condo was not very clean and safe the front door was not safe as it had no safety lock not happy at all with this place. We have been coming down here for vacation at this same property for a long time this condo was not as nice as the others sorry to say. not worth the money we paid. Our contact guy from i-trip was not responding to my request. we won't rent this place again.

Nice property, but needs some TLC

Overall we had a great stay, the property is in a great location with beautiful beach views. The area is so easy to navigate. Check in was a breeze. As for the unit… It’s in an older building, and it shows it’s age. Pros: The kitchen and bathrooms have been nicely updated, beds were VERY comfy with new mattresses, and the living room seating was comfy! The kitchen is well stocked with everything you would need. The unit was quiet, we barely heard any neighbors. The smart TV in the living room was nice. The AC worked beautifully. Cons: the floors could use a good deep clean. Our feet were filthy walking around barefoot the first 2 hours in the unit. There were a couple safety/security issues that made us feel uncomfortable. The locks on the doors have all been replaced. But the old locks remain in place, and aren’t fitted to the doors properly, so there’s a gap where you can see in. There are two deadbolt locks without the bolt in place, so they’re useless. The larger guest bedroom has a door that leads to outside but only locks with a knob lock. It needs a second lock! There’s also a peephole on that door. I looked out it and could feel air coming in on my eye. I looked closer and realized there’s no glass in the peephole, and actually, it’s not even attached to the door at all. I could easily remove it leaving just a hole in the door. Not cool. Replace the peephole or seal the hole up! Thankfully I checked the front windows (in the guest/kids bedrooms) when we arrived, as they were both unlocked. There are several outlets in the unit that just don’t work. There are light switches that do nothing. No overhead lights, just lamps. We would consider staying here again if the issues with the locks, peephole, and outlets were all repaired.

Disappointed

Upon arrival 9/17/22, one of the first things we encountered was that there were two elevators to this 10 story building, but only one was working. This was the case the entire week we were there. To complicate matters, there was a lot of construction going on in this building so workers were also using the one elevator which was a little frustrating since at times the door would open, but you couldn't get on due to no space available. The next thing we encountered on arrival was that all towels on towel bars were very damp, so we had to toss them in the dryer to be usable. The utility door for the washer/dryer closet was off track, so it was just hanging. The door to the condo only had the keyless entry lock, no deadbolt and door wasn't in the best condition, with daylight showing at the bottom. Shower curtain looked a little moldy/dirty and entire place could have used a coat of paint. Wall light switches looked filthy. Best thing about this condo was the beach. Would probably not stay here again.
