The community features a beautiful pool deck with loungers, direct waterfront heated pool and a hot tub. There are 4 private lighted tennis courts, pickleball and shuffleboard – please bring your own rackets and cues. Boat slips are available to drop off or pick up your friends for a fun filled day on the water, no overnight parking. Apart from the boat docks you’ll find a nice fishing dock. Gas grills and several tiki huts waterside are available to prepare your catch of the day and gather with family and friends. You will also enjoy the large 8th floor patio deck with lounge chairs and stunning panoramic water views. A number of coin operated washers and dryers are available on the 4th floor. Easy and convenient beach access across the street.

The condo’s living area, dining room, breakfast bar and kitchen, all overlooking calm waterway. This bright condo has a large balcony that overlooks the intracoastal waterway. This spot is awesome to start your days with a morning coffee watching the dolphins swim by, relax with a good book, enjoy a fruity cocktail after a day of fun and sun on the beach. The living area features comfortable furniture and a flat screen TV. The sofa can be turned into a sofa sleeper if you have a group of 6. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare a delicious meal for family and friends.
