Enjoy a coffee or an afternoon cocktail from the 28 ft balcony. Master bedroom has balcony access. Please note that lost fobs will incur a replacement fee of $250, or the withholding of the equal security deposit, depending on the method of booking.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

The master bedroom is spacious with a king sized bed and flat screen television. The second guest room offers 2 single beds with plenty of space provided for your belongings. Like all SunHost properties, the bathrooms are meticulously clean. Linens, extra towels and pillows are provided for the comfort of our guests. As a SunHost guest, you will have access to office services, including copy and printing boarding passes. Seven day a week maintenance service is available as well as an after hours emergency on call person. This is a non smoking home.

Please note the Rules and Regulations for Madeira Norte Condominiums prohibit motorcycles on the property. The Board of Directors has authorized the removal of motorcycles via a local towing company.
