The host had great communication with check in and checkout procedures. This house was very unique, spacious and spread out! It was easy to get to, had plenty of parking, and seemed like a decent neighborhood. We had no problems! The house was very cozy to hang out and watch movies in the living room and the bedrooms (all upstairs) were comfortable and allowed us to spread out. Ages 13 - 81 were the guests occupying this house for the weekend. Take note that there is a fairly steep staircase, but if that’s not an issue, then no problem! I enjoyed the cleanliness of the home and its unique character and charm!

We were in town for a wedding and two families with adult children all stayed and there was plenty of space for all 7 of us. The church was right across the street and plenty of amenities nearby; walked to the Busch Beer tour. House was very clean, rooms were generous and style was updated - sheets were good as well. Owners were easy to communicate with and responsive. Will definitely stay again when in the area!

St Louis weekend

Incredibly clean and roomy for our group. Living area and kitchen are very spacious, bedrooms comfortable and all tastefully decorated. Short Uber to ballpark so location is ideal

Very Nice

Spacious and clean, the home is well appointed and feels very secure at the end of a short dead end street. The home is quite accessible to the interstate and easy to find. I give this place 4.5 stars with the only draw backs were the need for some sort of fans to move the air at night and a cabinet to put loose internet equipment away instead lo leaving it in the floor of the living room. The kitchen is a beautiful room, my favorite in the house. There’s room for the whole family to gather and is what I enjoyed the most.

Huge light filled house

Great, updated old home - clean

The property was great for our needs. Had very comfortable beds and heated floors in the bathrooms on the second floor (although we could only get one of the floors to work). Kitchen space was large and beautiful. Space was clean and well-stocked. Neighborhood was ok but not an area I would want to walk around in the dark with my family. Near highway with some noise from the highway but did not bother us. Overall, highly recommend this property.

Great, Spacious House

Beautiful, spacious house in a fantastic neighborhood. We really enjoyed how close we were to everything and so many great spots to walk. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean and updated. The only inaccuracies in the list were that the neighborhood wasn't really Soulard, but it was a perfect spot on a dead end street; and the yard wasn't fenced in if you're bringing a dog. Minor things that didn't deter our stay!

Perfect friends weekend

We really loved the house. There's plenty of room. The patio was great in the mornings. The neighborhood is quiet and walkable. I recommend staying here. You won't be disappointed. There were 3 of us and we'd love to return when we visit again. They responded promptly whenever I had questions. walkable.
