By far was one of the worst stays I have had at any hotel in a VERY long time!!! I stayed at this property last year when it was a Drury Inn. It was beyond sad and frustrating to see just how far the quality of this location has gotten too. We were not told upon check in that is we wanted house keeping or new towels that we would need to request the the day prior as we were informed by the rep in the customer service line. There was no food in the morning for breakfast because it was all picked over at varying time from 6:30am - 835 am. The coffee maker was broken the tables were a mess and the trash cans were overflowing. The desk agents were nowhere to be found. Upon check in we had a long wait because no one was at the desks. Then our friends who were checking into another room contacted us to ask us if we wanted to switch hotels. The first room they were given had not been cleaned from the previous guest. The second room was already occupied and they walked in while someone was in the shower and then after finally receiving a room of their own 20 mins later someone walked into their room. Then the icing on the cake was to come back the last night of our stay to no hot water. We called the office they stated that they would investigate and calls us back. We never got a call and this morning there was no hot water. We went to the front desk to ask and we were told they were unaware of any issues but would call maintenance.

I reserved a room at this hotel for Saturday, 4/26, while spending the weekend in St Louis to celebrate my daughter's birthday. The room was fine, but the pool area, the pool, and the hot tub were filthy and gross! The pool was a dark green hue with all kinds of debris in it. The hot tub wasn't much better, and was so hot you could only sit in it for a minute or two before escaping. The next morning I went to eat breakfast. The biscuits were hard and dry, the sausage gravy looked like baby poop, and the eggs looked like they'd been scraped off the bottom of yesterday's cooking pans, and they tasted like the Sahara Desert! Finally, there were no luggage carts to be found in the hotel. I looked on all the floors, but I couldn't find one. The front desk help just shrugged her shoulders and said OH WELL! I'll never stay here again! I was told no refunds because I was too late to to get a refund since I was already there. How the Hell am I supposed to know about any of this beforehand? Am I a mind reader? Can I tell the future? No Wyndham and no more Expedia! Both companies are jokes!

The TV had programs on channels in no particular order. For example, there was an old movie on NBC prime time, Disney channel on Fox, etc. There were no local or national news channels available. When I asked the manager on duty how to get the channels to come in, I was told she had only been there 5 weeks and didn't know what was going on with the TV programming.

The outside of the building appeared very run down, and the landscaping needed lots of attention. However, the hallways, carpet, room interior, shower/bath, etc were all very clean, fresh smelling, and the bed was very comfortable. Overall, I was very pleased with my stay.

Pet or no pet???

When searching stay, wanted pet friendly. After booking but within cancelation, i called hotel stated $35 night fee. On day of trip received a pre checkin stating no pets and $250 fee if bring a pet. No answer when called hotel so had to make last minute arrangements for pet. When addressed to hotel staff said theyd look into it but pets are permitted with nightly fee.

The staff was so nice!! My kids loved the indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub. My only recommendations would be to keep the amenities stocked up a bit more. We didn’t have any hand soap and only had two towels in our room instead of four. Easy fix by visiting the front desk, but hand soap is def a must. The breakfast foods were also stocked at the bare minimum and ran out quickly, but I know the hotel also had larger capacity than they were used to. All in all, it was a good stay!

Busload of people were staying at the hotel. Because of this - breakfast was busy. Front desk personnel had to also look after breakfast area. Don’t know if someone had phoned in sick - which would have been understandable- or if this was routine. Should have 1 person dedicated to the breakfast area.
