We mainly booked this hotel for the heated pool and hot tub. The pool was NOT heated and was so cold our kids could barely enjoy. There were never any towels in the pool and we had to hoard towels in our room. Our room was never cleaned during our 5 night stay. Staff was helpful when asked but they were overwhelmed. The breakfast options were the same everyday. Plus side was the price and location was easy to get to downtown STL. Also a huge perk was the fountain beverage machine with soda and water plus the daily popcorn. Would not recommend specifically because of the non-heated pool for families with kids.

The staff was amazing and the room was well appointed. But there were black hairs all over the walls of the shower and dried blood inside the cloth shower curtain. The staff were super responsive and helpful! Also, do not get a room near the outdoor part of the pool - there is no supervision and both nights I was there

Coffee!! And the breakfast. Both were fantastic! Room was clean and nice except for the heating. Didn’t get much sleep due to a very noisy heating unit. Friendly people at check in and out.

Nice remodel. Phone in room didn’t work and the sink had a slow drain. It filled up with water as I washed my hands. Pool wasn’t open. Staff very nice and the free breakfast buffet was decent. Wave your hands to have pancakes made which I thought was cool.

Room was not so clean, hand towels were dirty. Shower had hair all over the wall that didn’t belong to us and it wasn’t clean. Toilet paper was almost empty. We went there for the indoor pool, would be nice if they mention that the pool is closed in the winter, my son was disappointed.

Not gonna lie, I thought I was making a dice roll when I booked this place. Have to admit I was remarkably surprised by it though. It was clean, quiet, and modestly appointed. I slept in a bit though and was unable to see what the breakfast was like. Would totally stay here again.
