I already left the review for my stay, but this HAD to be posted. We checked out today on the 31st. 3rd floor room. I had a 22-min cardiac arrest last year and am HEAVILY asmathic and immunocompromised. The OMLY elevator in yhr ENTIRE hotel was undermaintenance, and all the luggage carts had been locked away. Staff was posting signs at 10:45!

for the value it was a great catch, for space wise and having multiple people in one room. Room did have some major issues. we needed to use the lay out couch and it was horrifying. we had to get supplies to make it sleep able. there were crumbs or whatever all over the mattress the mattress in the lay out couch was in crappy conditions. no blankets or sheets provided for the bed. staff was nice but this place needs a serious deep cleaning and updates.

Thanks to the May 2025 tornados, my family was forced to live in this absolute DISASTER of a hotel. Let's be clear, they are not repairing tornado damage. My suite lacked any working smoke detectors.. The AC cover did not properly fit over the unit, and constantly fell off entirely. Drawer handles were replaced with cording, not fixtures. A cabinet door was entirely missing one hinge so hung off to one side, creating a hazard. Fully ⅔ of the ENTIRE count of outlets didn't work, requiring us to buy multi-outlet surge protectors. The mini-fridge didn't come close to working, partally freezing everything we put in it despite it not having a freezer section at all, had only one shelf, and th3 drup tray under the freezer section was FILTHY and disgusting, filled with hairs, dead bugs, and abrownish-green liquid thatt was growing algae. Deapite being a non-smoking hotel, I ended up with Allergic Conjunctivitis, and allergic reactions to cannabis and cigarette smoke infiltrated our room so heavily I nearly went into respiratory arrest (thank God I had my nebuliser). My son woke me one morning because the fire alarm was going off- just not in our suite- only to find out it was another patron smoking cigarettes in their room. Our room phone barely worked (told front desk on day 1 or our 2+ week stay, promised repair, phone still doesn't properl work), so we had to crate our Service Animals and begin evacuating only to be met by hotel staff on the 1st floor (our room was on the 3rd)
Drip tray in the mini-fridge. We did not use the fridge for our entire stay.
Since we're skipping the toilet, why bother with the floor behind the bathroom door. Because no-one bothers to close a bathroom door anyway, so they won't see this.
Another insect denizen, this time a German Cockroach, kindly kept me company while I bathed.

I come and stay frequently at the Days inn but this visit was not as pleasant as any other time because the sink was dripping water and there was a screen laying out on the patio area. The people at the front desk are always nice and friendly. The gentleman that was there told me that he will come move it and he would change my room the next day. Well when the next day came I decided not to change the room because I had too much stuff to take over to the other room but the screen was never picked up. I also called and requested a balcony and when I got there I was giving a patio on the first floor which is where I never want to stay or stay again. It was very cold in the hallway and it had a very bad smell. Like I stated before I stayed here many of times and this time was different. Not sure if I will be returning but the staff is always so pleasant

The hotel is Frozen in Time like a very old dusty museum. Walking to my room, I noticed the entire building smelled like old chicken grease and everything looks dirty. When I got to my room, it continued the theme. The carpet was rippled and loose, as well as covered in tons of black spots and wet looking spots. The curtains were half broken and filthy. The couch in the room had two mismatching cushions that neither of which belong to the actual couch. Everything was weirdly sticky. The mirrors that were the closet doors as well as the mirror over the sink and clearly not been cleaned in a very long time, and had hand prints and streaks all over it. In addition, the entire room wreaked of mildew / mold. Not only did I cancel my reservation with the front desk, I will never stay at this hotel, and would not recommend it even for someone I did not like. I would have rather slept in my car then have to spend a single hour in that room.

When we first got there all the lights were pretty much off in the building. Go to front desk guy was super nice gave us a room key, go to our room walk to the room is dirty as all get out. Get to our door, someone had previously tried breaking into the door it was very obvious with a huge crack in it. Open the room smells like weed and musty cigs. Bed is dirty with blood on the sheets. Go up and ask for a different room. Gave us a different room, it was also disgusting furniture was gross and all stained up bathroom wall and shower had drywall peeling off the wall. It was an overall terrible experience especially with a 9 month old baby. Very sketchy place. Guy at front desk gave us no issue with saying we wanted a refund and went to get a room elsewhere. Terrible experience. Would not recommend that place to even be open anymore.
