También para su seguridad, el apartamento está equipado con un sistema de seguridad ADT. El estacionamiento GRATUITO fuera de la calle se proporciona directamente detrás del edificio solo para 1 automóvil. Un amplio estacionamiento público gratuito en la calle también está disponible en frente del edificio (solo tenga en cuenta las señales de limpieza pública publicadas al estacionar al frente). Quick overnight in St. Louis

The property was clean and as described. Communication with host was good. My only comment would be concerning the automatic air freshener that was supposed to be disconnected. The smell was still very strong and host indicated that housekeeping may have added before he turned off. We were able to park directly in front of the house and since it was storming, walking from the back with stuff would have proved difficult. There were steep stairs, but they were not a problem, just note that there are stairs. The property was well furnished and comfortable.

Convenient & Safe Location

This property was great for my family to spend a few days exploring St. Louis. We found it to be a convenient location with parking in the back, but we easily found street parking out front each evening. The host was responsive and informative and the property was exactly as described. You can walk to a few restaurants and enjoy the Botanical Gardens in the Shaw neighborhood. I would definitely recommend this to others and we would stay here again.

Love the Neighborhood

We very much enjoyed our stay. Check-in was easy. Communication was great. The place was spotless and had everything we needed. We realized we didn’t pick up all the groceries we needed for dinner, so we ordered pizza and salads from the pub two blocks away and walked down to pick it up. We walked to the Missouri Botanical Garden and spent a couple of hours enjoying ourselves at Sasha’s on Shaw on the way back. The neighborhood is very walkable, welcoming, and felt safe.

A gem!

We had such a lovely time visiting our daughter and staying at this property. The neighborhood is magnificent; the street and apartment are both beautiful, and we loved the local coffee and wine bar additions. Kevie was incredibly responsive and welcoming. We will stay again!

Very nice place

Place is clean and modern but with comfortable furniture. It's a 2nd-floor apartment which is fine but the stairs are steep and there are 25 of them if you count them all the way to the street. Some of the light switches are complicated but overall it's exactly what it says it's going to be and look like. Great neighborhood too.

Nice property, and host were friendly and available.

Zero complaints. Very nice property and the host was friendly and available. The best part was the neighborhood though, the Shaw neighborhood was so beautiful and felt very safe. The neighbors were having a party our last night but small price to be in the city i guess. We would definitely go back!

We loved our stay which was exactly as described. The neighborhood is nice and Tower Grove Park is lovely. We really enjoyed discovering the hidden local eating gems tucked into this neighborhood such as Damn Fine Hand Pies, and Ices just down the street as well as gems in other neighborhoods

Great location, comfortable stay

The Shaw place is the upstairs of an older two family house that's been nicely updated. It's tastefully decorated, without the kitschy knickknacks of some places. It sits in a well established neighborhood that was very quiet. The Shaw area has a few restaurants and businesses with the bulk over on Grand Ave. For some of our time in St. Louis we did some typical tourist things and nearly everything was no more than 10 or 15 minutes drive.

Wonderful Stay!

Coming back every day to this beautiful little house was such a treat. The rooms were perfect and everything was very clean and worked well. Regular check-ins from Kevie was reassuring too. We highly recommend staying here if you come to St. Louis 😊

Cozy, convenient, cute, and well stocked

Wish we could've stayed here longer, it was such a nice place in such a lovely area. We took our son to the City Museum then came here for the night. Felt very safe and appreciated all the small things provided, like ice, first aid, iron, and water bottles.

In heart of Shaw/Tower Grove Park neighborhood, this apartment provided a quiet, comfortable place for my recent stay in St. Louis. The designated office area was convenient for work; local eateries within walking distance; pleasant neighborhood for strolling. Wonderful experience

The house was very cozy, nice, and looked just like the pictures. My girls enjoyed their room and the spacious kitchen. It was exactly what we needed. The landlord was very helpful and gave us immediate help with the questions we had. Everything was great and would definitely stay there again.

Historic Home close to Botanical Garden

My sister and brother-in-law and I climbed the steep stairs to the 2nd floor and immediately fell in love with the high ceilings and gorgeous woodwork and pocketdoors and floors. Exceptionally clean, gorgeously placed plants and wall decorations. It couldn’t have been done better and the decos were far superior to wall hangings in many fancy hotel rooms. Kevie is the host with the most. I texted him 3x and each time, he responded. If you have climbing issues, perhaps this is not a good fit. But for all others, awesome!!!! Deborah
